Just wanted to add to the video, I think I fucked up the rendering in Vegas or whatever but that's fine. I just wanted to show that Kyle's facing away from his assailant when the camera pans over and is in retreat. Not sure what happened beforehand, but just based on this clip there's nothing to suggest Kyle is provoking anything, he's trying to get out of the situation entirely.

Chauvin trial for the most part probably, although I think you had to be a bit naive to think he was getting anything less than at least manslaughter. Personally I'm more cautiously optimistic, I wouldn't be surprised if he got convicted but still feel there's a good chance he could get off.

At this point, you have to rely on the jury not being pozzed. Most of the people getting butt hurt about this case, myself included, are doing so over procedural processes. Kyle's defense teams know the facts are on their side and it's made them lazy as fuck in the trial. I still think it's probably 70/30 that he walks, but the judge is letting a lot of shit slide while the defense sits on their hands and refuses to object to it.

The judge said he was using steel jacketed ammo today. The prosecution was telling people hollow points explode the other day. The defense has made zero effort to hire a ballistics/firearms expert to counter the prosecution's talking points. Really makes me wonder where those $2 million in donations went.

The judge allowed jury instructions to consider whether Kyle provoked the pedo, using a blurry still image.

It leaves an opening to rebut Kyle's self-defense claim, even though it shouldn't rise to the level "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt".

Prosecution's gotcha is to tell jury that Kyle was the one to initiate the fight. Their game all along was to gaslight the jury, bias them against Kyle using semantics and technicalities. All based on one blurry picture where they claim Kyle does something that this clip shows he clearly doesn't do. It's too important to let them have it.
They're using false evidence, there's information out there that nullifies it. Using it at this point should be criminal. There has to be some sort of remedy, exception for a case like this.
