Here are the clips of Boogie saying that he's likely going to be charged with aggravated assault and have a felony on his record:

Boogie's also claiming here that Frank Hassle threatened to beat him up (which never happened). Still showing 0 remorse for his actions in these clips haha, classic Booger.
Every time he tells the Frank story he takes less and less responsibility. It's a good look into his past stories and how those probably morphed over time. Give him 40 years to morph any story like this, and anything becomes abusive.
It seems to me that being a felon in this country is only really hard for working people who need to worry about finding jobs and housing. For a someone like Boogie it probably won't actually change his life.
I did some searching really quick:
Losing the right to vote: Looks like this is partly a myth with only three states (Iowa, Kentucky, and Virginia) permanently taking away voting rights for felons. For Arkansas you only lose the right while you're actively in prison, on parole, on probation, or owe fines/fees related to it:

Losing the right to hang out with felon friend: Looks like this is another myth for the most part. As far as I can tell, it's kinda like the voting and only applies to felons on parole/probation. Once it's all done he can hang out with whoever he wants (unless his friend is on some kind of long-term parole/probation or whatever).
Losing the ability to go to Mexico or Canada: Canada requires special approval for felonies, but Mexico will probably still let him visit. Go visit our friends to the south in Sonora, mi amigo.
Losing the right to own a gun: He's never owned one anyway. Chad can probably keep his as long as he makes sure Boogie doesn't have access, but he should check with a lawyer. Not like either of them has a reason to own a gun anyway.
Losing access to healthcare coverage: Pretty sure this isn't true. It looks like felons have the same access to ACA stuff/Medicare/Medicaid as anyone else.
Showing up on background check: This is usually the big one, but what loan or other background check is Boogie going to get?
