My point is that this child should have been at home playing Xbox, not trying to play Rambo in another state because it makes him feel like a big man.
Even if he was playing rambo, he didn't do anything illegal. Not letting a pedophile and jew beat you isn't a crime in the state of Wisconsin. He could have had a sign that said "George Floyd was a dumb nigger" and he would still have been in the legal right.

People on this forum have called me everything from a troon to a pedophile because I'm pro-choice and don't like Trump, so y'all need to take your own advice. Don't dish it out if you can't take it.

lol calm down

You're just mad that he beat your Black Ops 2 KD ratio but IRL.

I agree on the whole "he should've chosen to stay home" on the premise of being a smarter choice, but I don't think that its worth arguing over because being a dumbass isn't relevant to whether someone is defending themselves.

Declaring mistrial because the jury is filled with idiots is shakier than declaring mistrial because the prosecution violated constitutional rights not once, but twice, and the fact that no evidence presented creates doubt about self defense

The judge has repeatedly shown that even if he personally disagrees with the prosecution he would rather let the jury have the final say, I doubt he would overturn a jury decision without a later appeal going step be step over how the prosecution has lied, misled, and broken instructions and rights constantly before and after the trial
I believe the implication is you dismiss on prosecutorial misconduct, but hold until after the verdict so the heat doesn't come back on the judge if it doesn't need to.
It's a bitch move, but the judge believes in people somehow.

The world where people like Kyle stay home and play Xbox is also the world where the police and local government don't cuck at the first sign of leftist violence. Had they done the job the community expects them to do, Kyle would probable have gone his whole life without having to kill someone. It's hard not to pity him.

Literally everyone there should have been home lmfao. Difference is Kyle was not committing any crimes (we now know this 100% because the judge ruled he only broke the law if his rifle was an SBR). The argument goes both ways, but moreso against the "victims."

The sad part is that a 17 year old kid was out doing what the State had been trusted with doing but deliberately failed to do - protecting the community.

Then I don't know why you expected anything different here.
I'm also pro-choice and I dislike Trump but I'm not going out of my way to make that everyone else's problem like you are.

Rules for thee but not for me. No wonder you think Kyle's guilty lmao

Watching the Rackets stream. That is the first I've seen that evidence. If the defense presented that, both sides are actively trying to throw the case for some reason.
There's no way that's real, right?
Edit: Another annotated muddy still basically testifying to what Binger is arguing about raising the gun

Btw, here is how you cross the sweating video expert Binger dragged forth:

Defense: How tall and wide in pixels is OG rittenhouse?
Witness: x and y
Defense: And you made the dimensions....?
Witness: x*z and y*z
Defense: If the original happened to be, I dont know 5 pixels slimmer, because the drone or rittenhouse happened to be slightly farther away...could you still "enhance" it?

Witness will then either say yes or no. Keep reducing the size by 1 pixels until you either get to Rittenhouse being 1 pixel in width or witness answers "no". Then ask him what methodology he uses to determine when it's no longer ok. There isn't one. Then have him tried and executed (in minecraft) in front of a firing squad for evidence tampering.

Another method is to ask how wide (in pixels) the gun barrel is.

The "he should have been home" is something we all agree one. Literally everyone.
Nobody thinks that some 17 year old kid should have been running in the streets during a mob with a weapon.
LITERALLY NOBODY THINKS THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA.
But is it legal? Yes.
Was what he did self defense? Also yes.
Was he a fucking idiot kid who probably consumed too much alt right shit on youtube? Also probably yes.
But it doesn't matter. This dude kyle is completely within his rights (Well, as it stands right now who the fuck know how gun laws will work in the future) - but at this moment in time. How the law works. Kyle was attacked by a gang of people (and pedophiles lol) and defended himself.
IT WAS SELF DEFENSE.
It's on video. Like my god. If there was ever a case of "are you allowed to defend yourself with a gun if a mob attacks you" it would be this case.
And yes... yes you are allowed to defend yourself with a gun if a mob attacks you.

Well whatever verdict we get, at least we get some new content. I think that Dr Jack guy who was doing the "body language expert" deal may be thread worthy, and depending on what gimp arm does, he may warrant one in the future. Of course this site is definitely the cream of the crop in terms of potential.
It gets better. The site owner (meatpie) bitches about competing with dead sheilas ahahahahaha. The absolute state of poofs ahahahahahahahaha

This is maybe the most exceptional thing about the reaction to this case. Literally no one, when faced with "he shouldn't have even been there!" says "Well, there was a curfew. No one else should have been there, either." It struck me as the judge threw that charge out because the prosecution had made no argument regarding it before resting.

You're charged with protecting The People. Collectively. As a whole. A generally-agreed-to-be-lawful order was issued for nobody on the streets after 8. Hundreds of people were on the streets after 8. And you're charging this one person with a curfew violation? Not one among hundreds - your office has literally decided to charge one, single person with a curfew violation.

Ofc, that was tossed, but how much fucking contempt do you have to have for the community *you supposedly represent* that you blatantly ignore arsonists and vandals to charge this one single person you don't like with "curfew violation"?

It's the slightest charge, and it's been tossed, but it speaks to the pettiness of the prosecution here, Murder, arson, and jaywalking.

So I was looking to find a full collection of the Autopsy photos presented at the trial, primarily to lift my spirits, and stumbled across a website that is dedicated to getting wet over people who can't fuck no more(because they're dead.) I'll link to the specific thread about Rittenhouse that includes the autopsy photos, so that you can view the pictures for yourselves as well as the kind of company a community dedicated to wanting to fuck people who no longer exist attracts:

Both of these users are considered "forum elite" and have access to the members only sections of the forum. Now this may be speculation, but I don't think its unreasonable to assume that a site by and for necrophiliacs, might be holding onto some pretty fucked up necrophile porn.
Kek, that's the first thing I see when I open the site

The fact these things are out there and people are still sperging about "how anime promotes pedophilia and sexual deviancy" makes me lose all the little faith I had in the humanity.

The dude killed a pedophile. How is that a bad idea?

Objection. He was attacked by communists and pedophiles. Not people and pedophiles.

So he's a necrocel?

That was really weird that the SBR thing was even brought up. Seriously that charge would have been easier to get than anything else they have, and it has a ten year potential sentence. It's hilarious to me that they didn't even think of it until then. I mean obviously since it's a store bought rifle, it's not one, but still.

Or you are acting like a niggerfaggot and using your political beliefs as a excuse, act like a fagnog get treated like one.

But otherwise agree, he should have been home playing Xbox. Instead we have this kid on trial because the actual adults that were supposed to handle situations like this sat on their fucking hands and let things go to hell. WHY THE FUCK is nobody else getting held accountable for that night's events?

The problem was the statute was written terribly. It had a section that basically said "this only applies to those under 18 if (the rifle is an SBR) or ((something that only applies to <16yo) and (something about hunting certificates))."

Since Kyle was 17, the and part is false which just leaves the SBR/SBS part.

Can it not be both? Like most normal people aren't going to be affected, but there's a noticeable high correlation between the people liking shows with animated middle schoolers and people who are sexual deviants
