Barnes, not sure if he did the polls himself or got them from somewhere. Basically he states that in the city itself there is a LOT of headlines and the like along with a campaign by Binger to poison the well of the Jury in the months leading up to the case.
Barnes said the polling was organized and deciphered by Richard Baris: https://twitter.com/Peoples_Pundit who has a pretty good record for the election polling data unlike Nate Silver.
Balch and him were together at the Ultimate Gas Station right when the dumpster fire occurred and Pedobaum was pushing the dumpster. Then after the fire was put out, Ziminiski started pushing that dumpster off towards the police line. We lose track of Kyle there. Balch was still at the Ultimate Gas Station. Then Ziminiski was later spotted near the Car Source with Pedobaum behind him with Huber. Kyle for some reason is going to Car Source without Balch.
I've lived in the area, know people from the border and in Kenosha, asked a few who actually live there and most have told me its something like 50% unsure/won't say, 30% not guilty, and 20% guilty.
That 30/20 primarily falls on party lines. and the county has a slight GOP lean while the city itself leans Dem but not by much.

Of the 20% who say he’s guilty, how many of them have actually watched the trial? It’s one thing if you rely on the liars in the mainstream media and social media to give you information, it’s another if you’ve been stuck listening to T Clair Binger blow up his case like he’s Wiley Coyote for the last 2 weeks. It’s important to remember that those of us on the outside are like the audience to a movie, we have the advantage of seeing things the jury cannot see or isn’t allowed in. The 5 people wearing masks in the court room on the jury are concerning though, hopefully they have enough of a conscience to not want to throw a kid away for life over politics, but we’ve seen worse. The good news is that there only needs to be one die-hard trump supporter/gun nut on the jury to protect Kyle from prison and I doubt the guy who told the (hilarious) Jakob Blake joke was the only one. The person of color on the jury is a Mexican, so in terms of non-white people who actually live in Wisconsin (no Cubans in WI) that’s pretty good.
A number of the people on the jury sounded rural to me from what I heard watching the hearing (you have to have been around SE WI people to tell) and many of the women had guns or had experiences with them. I don’t think rural Kenosha people will be intimidated by a bunch of city activists and joggers and likely will take a similar reaction to them as they did to the smug democrats who tried to guilt them into voting for them and instead got them to vote for the orange man. I’d be willing to bet a lot of money against conviction (although I think it’s 50/50 on acquittal because of those bullshit jury instructions and shit lawyering by the defense). Like how the fuck can the prosecution bring in that evidence and the defense can bring in anything to refute it, it’s complete bullshit.
I think Barnes was flat out wrong on saying Kenosha was the only good venue for this case: if I had to pick I’d have gone with Washington County. Ozaukee and Waukesha counties were also a good option. Washington county is where a lot of the militia people came from including granbo, it’s rural, and the largest town is only 30-35k people.
Too bad there are no public opinion polls from Kenosha county and there isn't really a good analog other than looking at election results from earlier this year.
A picture paints that thousand words you have on the tip of your tongue:
Black Lives Matter demonstration in Kenosha -
They let it burn while the wogs played 'Burnin' and a lootin' tonight' on their wogboxes.
There was a police presence there, but it wasn't to deter would be looters and rioters, it was to deter people like Kyle from deterring the looters and rioters. So it would seem. Sorry if that seems cynical coming from the only pair of jaded lyin' eyes I have.
I'm not going to repeat all the great points made ad nauseum.
Like yeah, Kyle shouldn't have been there, shouldn't have needed to be there, but he was there, and that was not a crime in itself, and certainly not defending yourself when your life was in danger. Not many people have been in a dogfight to the death. I have. And I give no fucks about any laws of the land. I cared only about surviving. Of only having my mother not having that knock on the door. This all goes through your mind as time slows down and adrenaline starts pumping. I fought to the death. Just a fist fight. Outnumbered. On the floor. Chased. Police called but did not come. Loads of heavy lads around just watching too fucking cowardly to stop me getting beaten to a pulp. I fought back with all I had. I found a weapon. A mobile phone. In my pocket. In the days when they still had 'masts' and 'receivers' on. I jabbed that in that fucking niggers eye and watched as he recoiled. Realising he came half a Cm from losing an eyeball, and that the person he was fucking with would keep on doing that until dead. I won that fight and I've still got his fucking teethmarks in my cheek to prove it. TMI> I know.
You never know how you will react in a fight or flight situation. There are hard men whose legs turn to jelly because of adrenal overflow. You need to contain that anger and fear. And that is what training is about in the army, learning to condition yourself to adrenaline and confusion. I'm a never-served civvy, so don't want to give the impression I ever had the kind of balls needed to serve my country. Sorry. That ain't me babe!
Kyle did superbly that night. He did it more out of luck than judgement, and maybe yeah, a little divine providence. This is judgement now, in a world of 'evil' - even if you aren't religious (and I'm not particularly) then I think we can agree this kind of thing exists. He pulled an absolute blinder on his performance, and that is also one of the reasons they hate him. He got to play the real life FPS thing for real, and to let him off would only encourage a thousand other copycats, in (((their))) eyes. They are wrong of course.
This is why 'shock and awe' is so important in a conflict situation. The greater the shock, the greater the 'awe' and the greater the adrenaline surge that can as easily overcome your body and turn it to jelly as it can embolden it and let it carry on fighting even when it is to all intents and purposes, dead.
The people that attacked Kyle that night really believed they had that advantage. It just turns out, fluke of nature really, that Kyle had the 'right stuff' and that Adrenaline that pumped through his body did not shut it down via shock, it tuned it like a finely honed Terminator Machine. And he got the job done. He's not a hero. He's a survivor. And I know what it means to be one of them.
By any means necessary.
People who use that slogan had better realise what that slogan means.
It may not mean what they think it means.
I fear that a great firestorm may be coming. And though it may be what (((they))) want, it rarely ends on the terms that (((they))) think it will. Like that not so little kid at school that just went berserker one day, one day too many after being bullied. Knew he'd pay the price. But did it anyway. That is the point we are at.
Kyle is just a harbinger of what is about to come. And that is why they need to shut it down.

The actual numbers he was quoting were third hard guilty, third hard innocent, third lean guilty. I don't believe that there aren't any lean innocent or undecided, but they're the only numbers we have to work with.
Judging by the responses in this thread about serial killer Dean Corll's corpse I'm willing to bet there's at least a few actual necrophiles in this place
You can request a change or venue if you believe that you can’t find an objective jury where you were charged. If you went to like Washington( ozaukee or Waukesha counties (which don’t border Kenosha) you’d be able to find a jury that isn’t paying attention to the story. In Kenosha, everyone has an opinion on the rittenhouse
Kyle wanted to get past a police barricade (when he was separated from Balsh) and they send him back. That's where the first trouble began. I have a theory why it suddenly escalated: we heard a gunshot before Pedobaum even attacked Kyle. So maybe Zilinski fired his gun (most likely in the air), Kyle reacted with what looks like pointing his gun out of fear, lowered it and then Pedobaum saw an opportunity or thought Kyle had targeted someone. And we all know what then happens. And remember this whole drama didn't even take 5 minutes. I think Kyle made so many accurate shoots when he was chased by the mob because the adrenaline kicked in. It's often said that when adrenalien takes over a human starts to perform better and holy hell Kyle only missed twice (both shots on Jumpkick man)

Having served on a jury in a criminal case which returned a guilty verdict, I can tell you that handing down an actual guilty verdict is a much heavier decision than answering a poll. And the crime we convicted the defendant of probably didn't even get him any prison time.
The prosecutor in that case was a scumbag too, I was looking for any excuse to acquit the guy but unfortunately he was just guilty.
I don't want to huff too much hopeium but Baris and his company are good pollsters if it did come from him.
But betting on that giant percent to say yes isn't a gamble I would take.

Hopefully Binger will attract his own cadre of trolls to keep him interesting. He already has the guy from the Kenosha county eye as his arch nemesis: if a bunch of random internet trolls joined on Binger could get fun as he slowly loses his sanity.
