I think hate crime legislations are a good thing, they're just applied a little too broadly."Hate crime charges" shouldn't exist and should be ignored by every decent citizen and civil servant until removed.

Either something is a crime or it's not. There's no such thing as a neutral or love crime, after all. If someone kills me randomly they'd get less time than had they picked a nigger for being a nigger, but our lives have the same legal value--or SHOULD.I think hate crime legislations are a good thing, they're just applied a little too broadly.
What are you talking about dude there are tons of crimes that rest solely on intent. It's the difference between murder and manslaughter, it's the difference between loitering and standing around, it's the difference between criminal conspiracy and driving slowly around a bank in ski masks.Either something is a crime or it's not. But murder is always murder, tacking an extra "hate crime" on too of it is retarded. Has nothing to do with the crime itself and exists solely to punish whites and straights harder. What are you talking about dude there are tons of crimes that rest solely on intent. Hate crime laws have some merit to them when you look at what they were originally trying to stop ; low-scale racial terrorism. I don't think they should apply if you beat somebody because you're drunk and mad and don't like the colour of his skin, but if you beat a man with the primary intent of scaring other men like him out of the area, or out of exercising their rights, I think you've done more damage to our diverse and multicultural society than just beating one guy up, and it's appropriate that you should face additional sentencing.
Hate crimes are just a sentencing aggravation. There have always been boatloads of aggravations to almost all serious charges. Murder isn't "always murder", your sentence relies on a whole lot of things. If it was a kid you murdered, if you tortured them first, if you were sexually motivated, if you used a position of authority to take advantage, etc. etc. you get extra time. It's not unreasonable to say "Also if you murdered the guy to terrorize his entire race out of your neighborhood that's a little more serious than a normal murder".But murder is always murder, tacking an extra "hate crime" on too of it is exceptional. Has nothing to do with the crime itself and exists solely to punish whites and straights harder.
Stuff like sexual components or torture would be separate, so a rape and murder or torture and murder wouldn't be a rape-murder or a murder-torture, they're separate charges. They don't combine like Voltron or something. And if you're terrorizing then you're a terrorist, separate charge.Hate crimes are just a sentencing aggravation. So the entire point of hate crimes is to just diversity onto white people. They also indirectly infringe upon the 1A. If I get into a fight with black people and I say, "I love black people. Diversity is swell." = No hate crime charge. If I have a record of saying, "I dislike blacks" then hate crime chargers will be inferred and added anyways regardless of my stated intent. Hate crime laws are anti-white and if you support them you hate white people. What are you talking about dude there are tons of crimes that rest solely on intent. This tactic won't work. These people love diversity. They hate white. They want hate crime laws to terrorize the white community into submission. They don't care about your logic because their goal is the diversity outcome. But murder is always murder, tacking an extra "hate crime" on too of it is exceptional. Racial terrorism hasn't been a thing with any real prevalence since what, 70's at the absolute latest? 80's if we're talking fags? And sometimes it's needed to beat people away, not doing so is how we ended up with fucking Drag Queen Story Hour. Instead of being rightly awarded a medal they'd be thrown away forever with some bullshit hate crime charge.
All this does is punish people for being white and straight to get us walking on fucking eggshells while our country is transformed into a faggy brown hellscape. Niggers attack white people more than the other way around but you won't see them charged with hate crimes.
If we want to live in a country with any semblance of justice you can't have a class of people who get extra time for not being muddy or cummy.
That's not how the law works, there are sentencing aggravations.Stuff like sexual components or torture would be separate, so a rape and murder or torture and murder wouldn't be a rape-murder or a murder-torture, they're separate charges. They don't combine like Voltron or something. And if you're terrorizing then you're a terrorist, separate charge.
The "isms" & "phobias" (racism, homophobia, etc) are the only thought crimes I know of which are criminally punished under any circumstances, and they shouldn't factor in. As I said, you won't get more time for jealously, but you can for racism. You won't get more time for lust, but you can for homophobia. That's not how the law works, there are sentencing aggravations.
What do you think "conspiracy" is? What do you think "intent to distribute" is? What do you think "malice aforethought" or "premeditation" or "wantonness" are? Your motivation for committing a crime factors into the sentencing of literally everything that isn't a strict liability offense. The "isms" & "phobias" (racism, homophobia, etc) are the only thought crimes I know of which are criminally punished under any circumstances
It's none of those things, and nobody's punishing you for being white and straight. Being white and straight is actually pretty sweet, I don't know why you're on victim shit over it.Just admit it is inconsistent, Orwellian, illogical, and is only selectively enforced as punishment for being White and straight.
You're not fooling anyone by trying to equate something like "conspiracy to commit a crime" to "homophobia". There's no similarities and one's clearly illegal, the other isn't. Same for premeditated crimes--they are fucking crimes in the first place and have nothing to do with the identity of the victim in question. What do you think "conspiracy" is? What do you think "intent to distribute" is? What do you think "malice aforethought" or "premeditation" or "wantonness" are? Despite only making up only 13% of the population, blacks are victimized by 50% of the unfair laws?Show me that an equal number of niggers were charged with hate crimes against White people and maybe I won't feel rightly victimized by unfair laws.
Want to elaborate?Despite only making up only 13% of the population, blacks are victimized by 50% of the unfair laws?
If whites don't want to be disproportionately targeted by hate crime laws, maybe they shouldn't be disproportionately committing all those racist domestic terrorist attacks.Want to elaborate?
Based and tradcath.Baked just said that his sometimes whore sticks McDonald’s up her pussy for him to eat.
Lol what a chad

Is that why the Jussie Smollets of the world need to invent so many of those attacks, and why the definition needs to be so broad and loose, because there's just so much of that going on?If whites don't want to be disproportionately targeted by hate crime laws, maybe they shouldn't be disproportionately committing all those racist domestic terrorist attacks.
