Judge is holding himself back a lot more than usual. Wonder what's really on his mind.

After watching these 2 weeks I think the judge is doing his utmost to get a full aquittal without making this a mistrial due to the prosecutors dumbfuckery. I mean If I were the judge I would have ended it on Monday after Grosskreutz lied UNDER OATH. And we all have seen how much he yelled at the prosecutors making them look like complete idiots who don't know about the fucking constituiton

Neither. Prosecution overcharged intentionally and didn't bother to read the statutory requirement. They just didn't care that it was meant only for SBR's or SBS's.

The whole point of watching Rekieta's (or some other lawyer commentator's) stream is to hear the lawyer commentaries. If you didn't want to listen to the lawyers' lawsperging you'd watch a regular stream like Law & Crime or the CourtTV one. I'm baffled at the people who complain about the lawyer streamers talking over the trial, why is anybody watching them if they don't want to hear that?

You have to hear the trial to know what they're commenting on. It's not a DVD commentary track, this trial hasn't happened before and none of us know what the comments pertain to unless we can hear the relevant sections of audio as they happen. They've struck a pretty good balance of court audio and commentary, Rekieta in particular has done a good job of suppressing his autistic sperging about Warhammer and whiskey, but some might reasonably want a different balance.

the law in question is very vaguely written but agent 47 successfully argued the other day that because of the way "or" was used in the law it didnt apply to kyle.

Measuring a barrel is a weird thing just so you know. How do you measure the barrel? That's why I don't think they should be doing any measuring.

The jury is going to look at this and go "Oh you start from the sight to the end of the barrel" and you get half the length of the barrel. That's why no one should be doing any measuring.

The rule for measuring a barrel is from the end of the barrel before the brake to where it meets the upper. But most people don't know that.
