It is in Kenosha, they're not pulling jurors from the whole country. They voted Trump and the only polling we have on possible juror opinions shows that its about a third guilty, a third not, a third undecided going in. Sure they could've weeded out some of the pro acquittal guys or an activist could've snuck through and hang the jury, but it's so unlikely that they got all swingable or guilty and swung to the guilty side after that?
