happy transgenders awareness week, everyone. be aware of connor

For a company that only got big because they made a Halo parody, it's actually kinda inspiring to see them survive through their 20th anniversary.
That is like saying its inspiring to see your grandparent in the hospital in a completely unrecognizable state as they are dying of the final stages of Alzheimer's while laying in their own piss and shit.

These guys are still around? I find it amazingly pathetic knowing that they went from kind of edgy to total wusses. I found them kinda neat during Halo 2, but I can't imagine using this as a career, it's kind of impressive that they managed to claw themselves a life out of it, but it makes me sadder that people help them subsist on such shitty animation. I just don't get whey they needed a 50+ people company, it doesn't make sense. Like twenty people making a living on it would be a kinda novel respectable thing if they were just doing game ads and gameplay like a better G4 or TechTV clone, but it's just sad. Their original programing from what I glanced at is sad, shitty state of affairs.

I'm surprised Jack wasn't caught creepily trying to fuck a fan with all the fan fucking going around, or that he went gay because he seems like the guy that would do that for attention.

Oh dear lord, apparently they are going on "tour" again, if you can even call it that. Who the fuck would even consider going to see these people play video games live, like it's a concert or something? I thought this idea was stupid when they first started doing it, but at least back then they had some actually funny people working there. Now all those people are gone or don't even show up in vids anymore, and have been replaced with nothing but unfunny people. I can't wait to see the cringe that comes out of this.

I imagine their current audience will eat this shit up but it won't be as entertaining as it was before. The relative lack of chemistry means they're not as funny and they've got people like Trevor who, if the podcast is any indication, seems intent on completely torpedoing the mood. I also can't see them doing any bits where they dress up like they've done in previous live shows. I wonder how well tickets are going to sell.

Also slight tangent but it always annoyed me that the Let's Play Lives were never recorded and uploaded as First content.

RT never wanted to shill out the money to the venue to record it. They would say its because they wanted people to "experience it live" like they're better than any live concert video but it was always because of the money.

Why would covid limit the stream to 12 hours?

I assume all staff would be double vaxed, and Texas isn't locked down (?), so what's the issue.
Convenient excuse. There are ways around it even if it was a thing.

It's more likely that they have fuck all they can do and they can barely fill 12 hours with boring shit.

That's what happens when you put no thought into something before doing it. They're doing so many different things that their crew is just spread insanely thin. When you consider how small RT's animation department is, it's insane how many different series they're doing. With RWBY, GENLOCK (why would you want to keep that going after it fucked over the entire department will always be a mystery, especially after it bombed) and Death Battle, they have a lot on their plates and I doubt that is all. And all their other departments are floundering with many of the popular talent having left, they've managed to make a mess of it all.

The fact that Jack even has fans surprises me. He's a complete vacuum of personality.

Jack has always seemed like he's happy to be there, and has always done a lot of fan engagement (no Katie jokes plz)

He's been a consistent presence from the start too. Gavin and Michael (particularly Gavin) are usually away a lot.

even if you don't like him ( I don't, he was the weakest member of the original crew/ in general until whenever Lindsay appeared in videos regularly) that sets him apart from the rest of AH. either now or in the past. Not difficult to see why people like him.
