Hung jury most likely. I don't know if they're allowed to hand down verdicts on some of the charges and not agree on others or it's an all or nothing thing? The prosecution spent all of their time arguing that the pedo getting shot was not self defense and half assed the other two. Which makes sense as self defense is way easier to prove if you're lying on the ground and a bunch of commies are attacking you with actual weapons.

How many of the jurors know that the Jew was a child rapist? Will someone bring it up in the jury room? No idea but I have to imagine some of them know.

But yes for sure the jurors will be hyper aware of the potential consequences if they don't find him guilty of something. The evidence is so overwhelming that all of the shootings were righteous I think that's the only way a guilty verdict is possible. If the jury members legit believe they will face being doxxed and cancelled, if not outright attacked it will sure be having an effect.

Honestly I think the prosecution lost an opportunity by not intimating to the jury what waits them if they don't come to the party. This case is high profile, social justice, BLM etc etc. Use the appropriate code words to scare the shit out of them. Kyle must hope that there is at least one or two hard core right wingers in the 12 and that as none of the victims were joggers there's no prospect of mass rioting if he gets to walk.

Looking back at this trial, it feels like the prosecution wasn't used to having so much video evidence and so many witnesses to work with. Kenosha isn't exactly a metropolis, I imagine most of their cases are tried on whatever evidence the police produces after a crime, with only a couple witnesses at most. With most cases being won by the prosecution, they didn't have much of a reason to try too hard starting out and they paid for it. You can see what I'm talking about when you look at Binger's powerpoint. It was a lot of text, a lot of talking, a lot of conjecture, a lot of still images, all trying to hit an emotional note because the evidence was not working their way.

There are very few protestors outside, but that might change by tomorrow. I'm still on the NG/Mistrial train, because there's a certain amount of "fuck you" in right wingers about this one. Slight edge to NG today. As of Friday I was slight edge to MT.

What's stopping the state from simply "randomly selecting" the initial 200 jury pool from registered democrats? How could anyone even tell?

They asked enough questions that this would've been pretty obvious at the outset, but I don't know how you would tell at the selection time.
Gun ownership, bias towards guilty, things like that. And if there was some exceptional organized op, someone would have loose lips.

I mean so what? Dox me? I don't give a fuck, are they going to try to kill me after I voted yes, self defense in Wisconsin is permitted? Are my co-workers in one of the whitest states BLM faggots? I mean come on, sure you have BLM sympathizers in WI, none of them are supporters of white people suiciding themselves as far as I can tell.
