9/16/2021 - Court case gets a continuance

I think Chris will plead guilty when the time comes. His letters seem to show that he's comfortable in jail, and is mentally preparing himself for being locked away for a while. He hasn't mentioned getting out in any of his letters - instead he talks about how productive and spiritual the experience has been. He absolutely knows that he's going to prison and is trying to convince himself that the experience will be something of a vacation.
The question is not if he will get a punishment, but if the punishment will be severe.

I found it odd that compared to his previous arrests, this time around he was much more civil and didn't put up any kind of fight. Given the frame of mind that is being presented in his letters, I really think his mental state is so far gone that he is barely recognizing what is going on in reality. He might not even understand anymore that Barb is his mother. He could view her as a character he conjured up into existence.

If his mind is really in that state than I don't believe that the harsh realities of prison are going to have any effect on him. He'll find some way to compartmentalize as something different than what it is actually happening to him.

I still consider it a strong possibility that he doesn't go to prison, and instead receives either the maximum or near-maximum for the simple incest charge as a misdemeanor -- 1 year in jail.

I expect a lot of people here and elsewhere to start REEEEEEING from the rooftops if that happens, if Barb covers his ass by saying it was all consensual and she is genuinely of sound mind and wasn't actually harmed in anyway, then the both of them would essentially get a slap on the wrist.

If the situation truly unfolds like that, then Chris's life probably won't go further down the shitter for a while longer, his tugboat would probably be saved and da hoard would be intact for the most part if Barb manages to look after herself.

He would've been put in glorified daycare.
That would have beat pound me in the ass prison for raping his mom.
  1. Chris doesn't like Muslims or Islam after reading the Koran, comparing it as "Koran being Family Guy and the Bible being The Simpsons". He does make some valid points
I'd hope he tells some Muslims that, but he's afraid of Niggos.

I wonder how much of this religious talk and his "messiah" complex is him knowingly playing "make-believe" on his part as a strange coping mechanism; sort of like how small children like to pretend or make up stories. He could even be trying to convince himself that this is true in order to avoid the reality of his situation. Plus, I am not sure what medication he is on in there. If he is getting antipsychotics, it might be leveling him out a bit.

I would be surprised if he does not have to register as a sex offender either as part of taking a plea deal or in addition to whatever prison sentence he gets if any. The consequences of being a registered sex offender and dealing with the restrictions that come with it are often worse for many people than serving prison time itself.

In every major legal battle Chris has been in prior to this he never considered himself "guilty." It wasn't his fault Micheal synder got hit by his car he didn't get our of the way, it wasn't his fault he vandalized those sonic boom displays or pepper sprayed that GameStop employee, it's Sega's fault for giving him blue arms and the GameStop employee was making him feel threatened.

Chris only took the guilty plea before because it would have been an open and shut case every time. He was pretty much Dead to rights and guilty as sin.

The question now is if he's still got enough sanity left to take a guilty plea again despite his delusions that he didn't do anything wrong.

Honestly, Chris being isolated from outside influence, particularly the internet, probably is the healthiest thing for him. Sure he thinks he's Jesus on top of everything else, but at the same time the letters seem to imply that being cut off from sources of distraction, instead doing the meditation shit, actually is something he likes (and it makes sense given autism and the whole thing about austistics getting sensory overload).

I still think he's going to get chucked in some kind of shitty living community because he isn't dangerous so long as somebody's watching him, so it's cheaper to do that then in even a low-security lockup. Of course, this means Chris still ends up with the 'slow-in-da-minds' that he hated being lumped with all those years ago.

I dunno, when he was arrested, he was legitimately preaching about how the fucking cartoon Judgement Day a.k.a. 'Da Merge' was happening right then and there. While I agree he's dangerously detached from reality, I think its more he genuinely believes he is the second coming of Jesus now and eventually he will herald the judgement of all mankind...or something like that.

This would actually be hilarious in a very roundabout, poetically ironic sort of way. It would also be one of the less depressing outcomes when compared to the more extreme prospect of life in prison.

I'm really hoping for a felony conviction so we'll never get a Gun-Chu Saga from Chris.
Considering Chris is an autistic manbaby, he is probably afraid of guns, the loud noises from firing might scare him by themselves. And IIRC he backed down from visiting Megan once he found out she owns several guns!

But even if Chris decided to overcome his fears and own a gun, I doubt he would be that dangerous. He runs on child logic combined with movie logic, presuming he would even know how to effectively use a gun is putting too much confidence on him and he would also probably keep it in a shit state, good luck firing the pistolchu when it's crammed full of dust, dirt and fanta lol!

Chris wouldn't understand any of these as well. He has trouble grasping the concept of the existence of certain places, can barely use money as is, try explaining to him that he is now under a restrictive ruleset that is far more severe than being banned from a store. He would probably ignore the restrictions within a week!

Chris is extremely vengeful and mean spirited. If he raped his mother, and he owned a gun, I can just imagine him shooting at someone for cutting in line in front of him at McDonald's

Then when the judge told him, "How do you plead?" Chris would say, "It's ma'am!!! Hank Hill said ai could do it! And he's from Texas".

If Barb says it was consensual, they will both get charged. I am not sure the punishment for both or even gives a harsh sentence to Barb, but Chirs and Barb will get charged.
So far, there was no charge for Barb so far, so the rape charge could still be at play if the court deems that he didn't consensual act.

For them to hold him this long just seems odd.
