I’m pretty sure jury deliberations taking only a couple hours, especially in a high status case is rather abnormal. It doesn’t mean much of anything.

I would expect them to review things, but honestly there's not that much to go over and with the video, pictures, and testimony they have it's pretty cut and dry. Their actions indicate to me that they're debating, hashing out little details probably.

I think it’s them convincing the jurors that it has to be self-defense and the mask wearing Karens demanding it be proven to them. How can anyone possibly think this isn’t self-defense, you have to either not be paying attention or intentionally biased.

They fail to grasp that the failure of an FBI agent reading this forum (for Muh terrorism) already knows what they mean.

A death threat has to be directed at a person / group, their needs to be a reasonable belief that person will be aware of it, and it needs to be reasonable that the person believe you can carry it out.

You meet all three of those, direct it towards an individual in the upper echelon of the federal government and you will have a federal agents at your door, in Minecraft or not.

The only reason people think (in X) works is because the lack of the threat to meet the three conditions above.

If someone sent a letter to the White House saying:

"I plan to steal an alien spaceship from AREA 51 and pilot it to the far side of the moon where the vacant space ship from Independence Day is hidden, then fly it to Washington DC to use the Harvester Ion Cannon to vaporize Joe Biden."

That would meet two of the three conditions but the possibility of the threat being carried out is so ludicrous that no federal Attorney General will bring charges.

I am fairly confident that even if the Jury came to a quick decision (especially not guilty) they want to go over everything and talk it out for a while especially so they dont get accused of being biased or already having their mind made up or whatever. Im staying optimistic that it will happen in the next hour or so.

If we dont get a verdict today, then I dont see a good outcome. I still think a hung jury is a high possibility and all of this could be the result of one juror not agreeing.

I'm leaning towards not guilty with his verdict but there could be a holdout in believing he's guilty. So far I'm just going to sit back and hope that the deliberation doesn't take forever.
