Mmmh...my gut tells me that is right. Even if they go with selfdefence, that does not negate the endangerment, but Im not sure about what happened with the Mcinnes fellow.
It does negate it, firing a gun with your attacker on the barrel of your gun. It would be unreasonable to hold someone's account for not taking in another person's supposed health and safety, as self-defense is normally used when you reasonably believe that you're under threat from death or great bodily harm.

"protests against racial injustice"
"kyle is white"
I hate the liberal media so fucking much.

IMO, if they found him guilty on any of the Rosenbaum stuff, the rest would have followed quickly after, given my understanding of things. This delay means they can't decide on Rosenbaum, or have(not guilty) but someone wants something to nail Kyle on.
Either way, if it was full acquittal or full guilty, it'd have occurred by now. The question then is, which side has the majority and could -possibly- browbeat the other side into submission?

Same thing in this case.

He probably does need to be punished for being stupid.
Being naive is not being stupid. He really thought there were reasonable people protesting, and prior to Orange Man Bad time it was true but the DNC and their ChiCom buddies decided giving commies full reign was the way to go. He knows better now, most people do.

If a juror admits to outside influence, that is "Good Cause" under any reading and thus sufficient grounds to be removed. Of course, we have no solid evidence of this.
Yeah I don't really believe that shit, pretty sure no one would be allowed to reveal that kind of info to the public. I don't doubt most of them know there's a threat but I doubt any of openly admitted it.
