Yeah, it was the day German democracy died. Thuribgia is our only state where the far left has had a majority and thus governed. In 2020 were reelections and the majority of people voted right of center. The German system has multiple parties and they form a coalition government together. Cdu and Fdp (wannabe libertarians) are cucks, so they refused to work with the afd to form a right of center coalition. Now the parties brought forward their candidates and none managed to win a sufficient majority to form and head a government either.

In case of this particular emergeny the German law made it so, that in the third round of voting you just need a simple majority to win. Beign the most educated and clever people in the assembly hall, the Afd voted for Kemmerich, the candidate of the Fdp, in order to prevent Ramelow, the insane supposed stalinist and anti white racist.

In a very scummy move they threatened Kemmerich's children and wife with death, if he doesn't resign within a certain timeframe. Everyone in this thread is dumb as balls. What's happening right now is obvious. We live in clown world so it's not enough that one side is angry, all sides to be bitter and upset regardless of the outcome.

Schroeder, the defense, the prosecution and Rittenhouse all met up before the trial even started and determined what would be the best possible way to piss off as many people as humanly possible. Rittenhouse started off by letting himself be photographed at that bar, the defense and the prosecution made themselves all look like retards, and now Judge Schroeder is holding up his end by pretending to be a cuck. The jury was also clued in after selection and a couple of them were instructed to vote guilty no matter what the other jurors did.

In accordance with this strategy of pissing everyone off, jury deliberations will continue until Friday afternoon when they come back and deliver a guilty verdict on all charges. Schroeder will then declare a mistrial without prejudice but Binger will choose to not go ahead with a retrial. It has been prophesised.

Nothing in the world will get that judge to make a ruling without the jury. He has decided from the word "go" that he wants this to be a "by a jury of his peers" decision so no one can say he (as a representative of the system) is biased. Plus, he likely doesn't want another shitshow of a retrial. So Kyle's fate is and has always been in the hands of the jury. Good luck to the kid.

Everyone would already have all the evidence, in their proper formats, including a few bits that disprove key points that weren't there before. The prosecution's shit was all about obfuscating the evidence from the defense so they could try anything.

That will not work on round two, when the defense has all the evidence already -and- knows the prosecution's only trump card.
