I don't think there was ever a time in history in which important things could be disagreed on and still have some expectation of "getting along".
At best it was kicking the can down the road, the issue of slavery in the US was an issue at its founding but the founders passed the buck, as an example.

Man, I'm out. It's either guilty or hung jury at this point. The court is clearly not going to do anything about the intimidation factor, so the holdouts are going to stay put. In any outcome, learn from your enemies:

Doesn’t matter when you turn yourself in and feel guilty and scared. What, was Kyle supposed to off himself once he was running low on bullets?

I'd love him more if he weren't presiding over a murder trial.
I a few pages back but I don't think people understand that the Judge isn't just presiding over a murder trial. If you review the footage for today the bailiff actually announces a different case to be presided over when the the court is adjourned. Just look at his schedule for tomorrow: https://wcca.wicourts.gov/courtOffi...Court=false&isCourtCal=true&trafficOnly=false The guy has a lot of time to kill while people amble in and out of the room so he tells his grandpa stories.

I'm gonna hate myself for taking the bait, but
The forefathers had it right and Lincoln fucked it up by strengthening the federal government. It was a good system that degenerated over time. Great at the beginning, not so great (but better than everything else somehow still) now.
It's true. It's not that Lincoln was wrong to free the slaves or outlaw slavery, it's that when the states who were all willingly a part of the union broke away for petty reasons, he took guns and forcibly pulled them back together. That's when the federal government went from being an organizational thing meant for dealing with other countries to the 'ruling class' that controlled the states, and stripped said states of most of their sovereignty - by extension stripping the people in them of it as well. You could argue that Lincoln outlawing slavery federally was itself a violation of state sovereignty, but given the founding fathers mostly did want to end slavery during the forming of the bill of rights and went so far as to declare all men were created equal, not all 'white' men were, his actions regarding that were germane with the original intentions of the founding fathers and the country. The southern states were furthermore justified in breaking away from the union if they no longer agreed with what 'America' as a union represented. The violation only came when Lincoln decided to take them back by force.

Had we simply accepted the Confederacy, it's very likely over time they would have chosen to end slavery on their own and willingly re-merged with the union eventually because it's simply more financially and diplomatically sound to be a larger country rather than a smaller one. Had this happened, we probably would be in much less of a mess with this country now, and in such a thought experiment I suspect we wouldn't have ever even had the civil rights movement and segregationism that led to that, because the resentment that came from being forced to release slaves would not exist. That's kind of a diversion from the subject at hand...but it's sadly probably impossible to ever make that the subject at hand, since any attempt will just be shouted down by angry monkeys flinging poop everywhere - places like FB and twitter chimping out out at the suggestion that letting slavery linger would result in net benefit and places like KF and 4chan chimping out at the suggestion that slavery should end at all.

How sensitive do you have to be to attack a woman for saying you swallow cum after you call her a cum dumpster?

She didn't even mention his bussy.
Ken Burns presents -Kyle Rittenhouse.

‘On a frosty cold day in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Tempers heated up despite the day. Watch this reenactment where a tiny angry man and a woman argue who consumes more male ejaculations and which one has more semen in their orifices at all time. Then, after a loud debate, the tiny man meekly pushes the woman and tries to run away.”

The pessimists always come out in the evening for some reason. I'll check back in this thread tomorrow just to see what's happening.
It's hard to have any hope after a long day of waging away for pennies so Mr. Shekelberg can afford to buy his fourth yacht. As obnoxious as the doomposting can get sometimes, I understand it.

They'll probably convict because he dared to defy the colectivos. If he was antifa and yeeted a Trump voter or three they'd have given him the god-damned key to the city.

I actually sympathize with Rittenhouse, but same thing. I'd find him not guilty. But I have this weird thing where I literally no longer care if I live or die. So if I could go down shooting some antifags, I'd be fine with that. Some of these jurors have families.

Sympathy or not the whole country is going to burn no matter what happens. Of course they're going to move to make self defense illegal when all is said and done.

Fuck this faggot country and it's faggot politicians.
