I find it interesting that with all the breakdowns Jazz seemed to have, the only person who went over to hug him was a producer. Mom was looking annoyed, brothers confused, Ari over it, Dad thinking “durr” and all left poor Jazz hysterical with a producer hugging her.

They did hug him when he was crying the night before his speech, they just acted awkwardly because they don't know what to do. No teenager calls the whole family to have a breakdown in front of them. He thinks things can be solved this way because that’s all he can know. Some of the most important moments in his life were filmed for TLC and those producers actively push for such behavior from Jazz. Kodak moments are cliche and are in no way real, but they make for great television. The LGBT cult also strongly has a culture that pushes this. Good vs Evil. There is no black and white and there is no such thing as nuance. Love and friendship and unicorn poop sparkles will solve ALL the worlds problems, so clap and believe. Just BELIEVE and you WILL become that strong and stunning woman! Your life WILL end like a Disney movie if you wish upon that star hard enough. And the cult knows this is a lie.

I genuinely feel there are many people on this thread who actually care about Jazz and pity his situation. NONE of this can be his fault and NO ONE can say they would be able to act differently given the same cards. Jazz CAN’T act differently - his mother is a psychopath that rams things up his crotch wound to stop it from healing and the LGBT cult would literally threaten to kill him if he went against their code. I think that a lot of us are horrified by the trans-evangelist Jaron has become. It’s one thing if he just wants to damage his own body, but when he tries to convert others (like Jojo and his based grandma) that’s when we get pissed. Especially when he, of all people, should know the dangers of his conversion.

I have no doubt that many here would actually gain respect for Jazz if one day he decided to speak out and be *truthful* about the effects of the transition and what happened to him, but he feels too indebted to the Trans-cult to do that. Part of the reason people are so harsh towards him is because he's still campaigning for the tranny agenda. The closest he's come to saying anything negative about the narrative was when he decided not to sugarcoat how the surgery went. Even then, we don't know why he was so open about that. The idea that Jazz didn't understand why he was supposed to lie is just as likely as the idea that he wanted to inform would-be troons of the consequences.

I think Jazz is a miserable shell of a person who is just starting to realize that the nightmare never ends. I also think that he's too content with the comfort that growing up as a pimped out science project has afforded him. Right now he's fat and stupid, and he makes fat and stupid decisions. Her medical history is so unusual that she'll never be able to live as a fully formed adult of either gender, so if she's more comfortable staying a "woman", so be it. Jazz is already living life as a man. His medical history is terrifying and unusual, but it's something that could only happen to a male. Men who have their dicks and balls surgically removed are still men. Men who have developmental delays or cognitive problems are still men. His comfort level and appearance do nothing to change his sex. In his current state he's no more "a woman" than Sander is.

There's a real chance Jazz may actually lack the cognitive capacity to be held accountable.

It would look real bad if Harvard let in someone who presumably had the mental capacity for Harvard, but not the mental capacity to be held responsible for their own actions.

Agree. The reality is that Jazz has been selling the "I am a real gorl" lie to every single person he knows. The psychological burden of walking that back completely to every single person he has ever met AND the American public is unreasonable to expect from a 20, 40, 60 year old. It's on the level of an addict having to right their wrongs. Most of them never do. Not likely that Jazz can do it, even if he wants to. He would have to invent a wholly new identity and probably leave his family. It's the healthiest thing for him but it's just never going to happen. Jazz has never lived apart from Mom. He has never had a real job where his fuck ups had consequences. He has had TLC producers buzzing in his ear for 7 years. He literally has no idea what the real world is like because he was never allowed to find out. He's dumb because the adults in his life (not just Jeanette) have kept him in an ignorance bubble. I think his hesitation at Harvard was actually a very mature response- he knows he's not ready for it, but he's being pressured by Mom and the TLC storyline to keep going anyway because he's so "brave and strong" and they've all invested so much. It's something he CLEARLY doesn't believe about himself.
