That number is already inflated, considering @What the shit says is true - every troon death is counted as a part of a troon genocide, even though when they're murdered it's nearly always the same three causes: they were a streetwalker, they were involved in drugs, and/or it was domestic abuse.
There's no evidence in the vast majority of troon murders that them being a troon had anything to do with it, and at least in the last couple of years there's only been circumstantial evidence at best for those last few. The closest that can be guessed is that perhaps some of the street-level hookers were killed for the pickle surprise, but that would be guessing because usually the culprits haven't been caught - and that's also presuming you'd count that as transphobia, when for many people it's not. Hell, whatever year it was that Andy Ngo went through every single troon murder of the year and posted about what was known about them, in several cases there was even a dispute about whether the victim was even a troon or just a transvestite. But to troons, transvestites don't exist anymore.
But no. According to these middle-aged white men in programming socks and askew wigs, 48 very poor Troons of Colour being murdered in the entirety of the US in one year means they themselves are in permanent danger of exactly the same thing, even if they never leave their house and consider masturbation to be sex work. It's a ludicrous paranoid fantasy, but it reinforces a state of perpetual, powerful victimhood and persecution so they have many reasons to ignore all challenges to it. It just means that to live as a True and Honest Woman they not only need the world to ignore all the evidence that this person is a man, but also all the evidence that they're not constantly dodging death squads out to legally murder them either.
Notice there's very few FtMs mentioned as well. Even though one of the few cases of a troon actually, definitely being murdered due to transphobia was the Brandon Teena case, and even that was, what, 20 years ago...

Progressive groups already do that shit to Republicans (and non-progressives like Joe Manchin) fairly often. It was just a couple months ago they camped out at Justice Kavanaugh's house over the Texas abortion law. They literally attacked Tucker Carlson's house a few years back. Rich people with private security don't care, so she's borderline suggesting violent harassment of poor people.
It's also funny how she says "roll up on the private homes of Republicans" and "start actually finding Republicans" as if they aren't all around you all the time unless you live in a select few cities. Nepenthe herself lives in the suburbs of Atlanta which is full of millions of Republicans. (Bonus: The Atlanta City Council which was just elected is almost all moderate Democrats, the progressives all lost. Don't forget to target them too, Nepenthe, they aren't your allies remember, they don't support the "immediate abolition of capitalism and colonialism.") Also many states have party registration, which is public information. (It's how we sometimes find where cows live.)
Extra funny is her suggestion that some place like Portland is too Black. Portland is only 6% Black. It's 72% non-hispanic white. Portland is both whiter and significantly less Black than the national average.

The judge can't call a mistrial on a not guilty verdict anyways. There's no scenario where the government can override an acquittal, aside from dumb stuff like the DoJ filing separate charges like they threatened with that cop.
At any rate nothing's going to come of this. The vast majority of black people couldn't care any less about three white losers getting shot, hell if there was more than one black guy on the jury Rittenhouse would probably already be acquitted for shooting a child rapist, and white libs aren't going to start anything on their own. The only people who care about this enough to try something are white serial arsonists who are afraid that they'll get shot by BLM next time they try to "help" them by burning down their homes and passing out bricks, and there's not enough of them in the US to start even half a riot.
