In regards to loose skin, given she's been obese her whole life, it's going to be a horror show. Skin removal isn't cheap either. Fingers crossed she has a spare 20 - 30k to get at least some of that skin removed if she ever does lose the weight.
She probably needs more money than this. I calculated that it would cost $55-$60k for such surgery, but as someone pointed out she could get it done for less. Regardless, most surgeons would do such surgery only if she is less than 250lbs, so she would need to lose about 250 pounds from now. At the rate she is going, it would take years to do. So, that now she is 498 pounds, she is considering skin surgery when the time comes, i.e. never.
Basically the longer you've been obese, the higher the risk of permanent, irreversible damage to the lymphatic system. Our Gorl may be stuck with that pendulous mass of fluid between her legs and I love that for her.

Fat tries to just shove itself anywhere when your ambers size. Its most likely just fat and not fluid. Poor thing makes a video about embracing loose skin but i dont know how shes gonna feel about the equivalent of a crepe holding onto a golf ball for a titty.

That's true. There's no point having skin removed when you're going to lose more weight. I imagine her weight would have to drop significantly and be stable for a while for it to be considered.
Apparently a reduction in weight can help reduce the size of lymphadema but yes, it's something that has to be managed. Last time she lost around 70 pounds she mentioned her lymphadema didn't get smaller. I doubt it ever will, even with a low sodium diet and weight loss.
She has fucked her body up completely and there's no going back, even with massive weight loss. Her body will always look like a horror show regardless of her size. This is what happens when you abuse your body for decades with no remorse.
