I still don't think Posobiec is in any way credible, but this at least would gel with some of the sentiment I've seen on Reddit, and hell, even this very thread.

He's literally the mouthpiece for the rumor mill. He has no special insight other than that people know he has a big platform and is willing to take poorly sourced material. If it's real, it's probably being fed to him directly from someone in the courtroom. If not, he heard it from someone who heard it from someone.
