I speak/write differently in different contexts. Writing notes as a foreman on a jury might make me more concise and terse in my phrasing than I'd normally be to avoid any confusion.

It's just so speculative.

It could just be using more formal language for the court. It could also be that she is a bitch. It could be both.

If you do it a lot you tend to notice patterns in it though even in a very tiny body of work.

I do think wanting to see the bigfoot image is indicative of a holdout trying to convince others Kyle did aim the gun.

And the writing looks like a middle aged middle school language arts teacher. Very public school teacher script.

Looking at that handwriting makes me angry and I don't know why. I think you might be right.

One thing about the handwriting:

Slight PL: I went to an all girls school and we all had access to personal laptops. Almost every girl was in love with cutesy fonts they would download and then practice writing over and over again. They would do this until the font became their go to handwriting. It was so bad, 85% of the class had similar handwriting and it was all based off stuff they saw online.

The writing reminds me of that. It’s not a natural font.

From this I assume it’s a woman, under 40, who cares a lot about appearance & her social circle. That doesn’t really bode too well for Kyle - because if the woman cares a lot about social status she may not want to vote based on fact but instead what will secure her place amongst her circle.

And that’s all I got. Even that’s a fucking stretch. Fun to speculate tho but ultimately pointless

so if the jury deliberates for long enough there will be stockholm syndrome and her 'social circle' becomes the other jurors. she votes not guilty and next week kyle is forgotten in history.

Definitely Not Guilty majority. If it were not them as the majority they'd have been broken down by now. Hung Jury is almost guaranteed. Likely 1-2 Guilty verdicts.

If it's 2 guilty and 10 not guilty doesn't that mean the DA wouldn't bother to prosecute again as those odds mean they will never succeed?

there are 2 sets of handwritings. 1 cursive and 1 kindergarten scribbling. the cursive one is on her periods and the other one is wearing red.

I wouldn't doubt that they go after this kid as long as they possibly can. It's a political prosecution.
