I just want to make clear I never made any of the memes or pics merely sharing what I have while we all wait for a verdict or mistrial. Feel free to take your favorite ones and post them in the Kyle meme thread, you'll save me the trouble.

Because there are lawyers that I actually trust and he hangs around them. And I liked Barnes until he rather publicly said he was trying to sneakily replace the current team and they weren't actually good only after he got removed. Publicly admitting you are a scumbag is a very odd move.

Well yes, Kyle not having effective legal council has been true from the start. And then you have Barnes saying all his ideas would work and yet his own ego got him kicked.

In short, this goes bad, I'd argue by Barnes own words it is all his fault.
So is Barnes a scumbag or not for trying to change defense counsel? How can it be his fault that Kyle's defense sucks if you think he's in the wrong for trying to replace them. Given the current state of the case I think Kyle could've used better representation, it doesn't need to be Barnes.

Co-worker here in Wisconsin was going to be working with him. I learned enough about the man through said co-worker to flip from being tentatively supportive of the man, to professionally and personally hating him,
So you know a guy who knows him? What did he do? If you're not gonna share I don't particularly care that you bring it up vaguely. I'll take his word over your coworker that I don't know cause when it comes to the big defense strategies he's been right so far. If he's a cunt, I don't particularly care, I care why his insight should be ignored specifically. This seems like an admission you're to self involved when it comes to him.

Well yeah sure. If I write "I think all transwomen should be roped together, doused with gasoline, and set on fire," you could probably fairly conclude that I think transwomen are trash. It's not rocket science.
Think about other examples, though. For instance in the UK if someone uses the term "slotted" when referring to a shooting it's a safe bet they're interested in or related to someone in the military. You can identify where someone lives based on what they call a bread roll (a bap, a bun, a cob or butty etc) or what they call some childhood games (tig, tag, tiggy, it, etc...) do they say splinter or spelk? Spelk indicates northern English. It's not about what they say or write, it's how they express it. I'm sure there's plenty of variation in American slang that will narrow down where people are from and what their education level is or their political stance. Do they say coloured, coloured person, black, black person or person of colour?
As you can tell from my writing style I'm an autistic faggot from the UK who isn't very smart.

If they were reasonable, they'd never have brought the case at all.

I wouldn't doubt that they go after this kid as long as they possibly can. It's a political prosecution.
According to @Gehenna the DA implied pretty strongly that he didn't want to prosecute but Binger went forward with it anyway. Whether or not the DA (or Binger) will want to do it a second time, or whether or not the can hold Binger back... well, that's a bit up in the air.

I once tricked a law prof grading an "anonymous" exam into thinking I was his pet fave brit by using the phrase "spanner in the works." Advantage me.

Definitely Not Guilty majority. If it were not them as the majority they'd have been broken down by now. Hung Jury is almost guaranteed. Likely 1-2 Guilty verdicts.
Yeah, makes sense. Its what I thought from the requests. They seem to be hung on Rosenbaum, too, so maybe not someone totally unreasonable. Most likely scared, but I also thought Chauvin had it in the bag.
In this day and age it might also just be an old prospector grandpa and Jose the mechanic vs a bunch of Karens and soyboys.

Leaving the notes here for those that want to do their own handwriting fortune telling.

I do think wanting to see the bigfoot image is indicative of a holdout trying to convince others Kyle did aim the gun.

And the writing looks like a middle aged middle school language arts teacher. Very public school teacher script.
Graphology is a spook

I have to dance around legal here, but as best as I can say without breaking a few laws.

Barnes decided he wanted to be the center of the trial.
He attempted to use said trial to raise his star.
Line from a lot of the experts he had lined up, my co-worker among them, was that his care for Rittenhouse was secondary at best.
Defense lead was having none of it, gave him an ultimatum. Back off or leave. Barnes chose leave.
Co-worker cannot speak for other experts, knows he was informed the deal was off.
All information on the experts he lined up suddenly vanishes

Cue Barnes going on and on about how the defense didn't use his advice.

Wasn't the guy in green the dude screaming nigger or something earlier? Also I didn't know how much of a shekel grubber Jack was till I see his tweets about the mypillow shit.
I caught a bit of him yesterday when I think he first showed up. He seemed Kyle-supporting-but-friendly boomer normie and then started making cracks about "You remember Shaneequa from Martin? That shit was funny as hell! You like Martin?" I switched off because he just seemed cringe. But with new shit about him (and he's wearing same green hoodie as yesterday) has put at least of a bit of glow to his newfound assholery.

If its 10-2 to acquit the chances should be low for DA to re bring the charges. If they do re try they would get slapped even harder.
I'd like to think so but this is a pretty cut and dry case and they are managing to fuck it up. Best case scenario right now is the jury is sniffing their own farts to be really really sure of their self-defense verdict, and even then that is beginning to feel :optimistic:

Untrue, I believe a Jannie nuked all the chink talk
Did we ever find out who the new Janny is? They've been putting in a good amount of effort and actually cleaning shit up.
If it's 2 guilty and 10 not guilty doesn't that mean the DA wouldn't bother to prosecute again as those odds mean they will never succeed?
It means they need to engage in more fortifications for the next trial.
