Someone I used to work with and still met up with semi-regularly, early 50's, pretty fit, not overweight, moderate smoker/drinker, fairly serious history of allergies and double vaxxed about ~6 months ago is in the hospital with pancreatic cancer, possibly metastasized but not sure yet.

How do you know the letter is real, then?

The Bild article doesn't mention any letter. 20 Minutes claim to have contacted the local police directly, who deny finding any sort of letter at the scene.

In this article they say the DPA (the German Press Agency) also contacted the mayor of Chemnitz who says the same thing.

And there's only one article stating the existence of the letter, but doesn't give much proof of it.

Another to add to the list other than my dear brother in law: A long time client of mine (who was a Branch Covidian but the vaxx debacle has woken her up) was telling me how her formerly healthy daughter who was 5 months pregnant got the shot, lost the baby within a day or two, and is ill otherwise, lethargic with joint pain. So not only was her baby killed by this poison, she's ill and in pain as well.

It's interesting, because they acknowledge the problems getting data from the effects of the drug from hospitals. While I am not surprised by this, it's just bizarre that the place you're going to end up if you get injured by the mRNA vaccine also happens to be the place where they aren't going to be able to determine the cause.

They'll never learn man. Technology and the constant assault on our attention spans and brain reward systems have turned this new generation into narcissist sociopaths. Had a discussion with some normie friends my age and they were talking about how its completely normal to isolate people from society because they didn't take Fauci's goo. Fucking despicable.
