I think he intends to, but will cuck
if the prosecution's misconduct is as bad as everyone makes it out to be im not sure how the judge can fix the mess the trial's become. there's no way it can really continue.

even if he kicks it to appeal.

His best option is to go off to Montana or somewhere and just disappear but I don't know what he'll do for money. He could survive off the 'patriot' griftsphere but I think he's had his fill of fame and infamy.
If he gets acquitted, the bail money goes back to him. That's what, $2 million? He invests properly he can get a leg up on financial stability even if radioactive.

i think its likely he'll declare mistrial with prejudice if its not an acquittal.
That's what I think, he seems certain it's either going to be an acquittal or a hung jury, if it's an acquittal he doesn't need to do anything, if it's a hung jury he'll get some backlash but the DA themselves probably want to forget about this whole thing because they didn't even really want this to go to trial anyways and Binger and Kraus made them look bad.

With how much of a clown show this trial has been, I really won't be surprised if the DA himself gave the Judge a call begging for a mistrial with prejudice if a hung jury comes around.

The judges statements screw him at this point sense hes made public statements that the prosecution did not act in good faith that will have to be assessed by any appeal court.

the emperor himself didn't actually want the war and did not think it a good idea, but was more or less forced into going forward with it by a combination of public opinion and political pressure. he resigned himself to his fate and went along with it, marched to the front with his army even though he knew it was doomed. tragic figure, that man.
Yeah, France got played like a damned fiddle. What also sucks is Bismarck didn't want to snatch up Alsace and Lorraine, but public pressure in Germany after such a decisive victory forced him to make those demands.
A march is easier than a battle and sacking a city fixes your supply problems.
Yeah, its real easy to march on a city when you've already sacked the countryside of supplies and need to retreat with what you have or risk total annihilation in the face of a foe with both manpower and materiel superiority. Oh wait... Once again, you display your ignorance of the actual situation. An army with supplies, a reduced baggage train thanks to railroad supply lines, and wounded who can be safely bivouacked away in rear areas can march a lot faster than one with limited supplies, wounded that need to be carefully moved to prevent further injury, and a long baggage trail that needs protection against Union cavalry raids. And raid they could given that the Confederate cavalry had shared in the beating, the Northern mounted forces finally proving themselves an equal.

Depends on how much he has to pay in legal fees. Big case like this, it can end up being a fuckload. I think Zimmerman ended up like $1,000,000 in debt from his legal fees

Also another blackpill. Appeals judges are very political appointees, so no telling what will happen there.

But stuff like the video footage issue could easily go to the supreme court if they are willing to hear it sense the question of "is differing quality of video evidence a brady violation" is gonna be a big deal if binger gets away with doing it here.

No way every pros doesnt start giving lower quality audio and video to defense teams if this stands

Even if that's not sufficient, suborning perjury and violating fifth and sixth amendment rights certainly is.

My lord, how can there be 1600+ pages and absolutely nothing of value here. We're really down to handwriting analysis and believing the sour words of a outed defense attorney and twitter wannabes?

My personal bullshit prediction: I expect this to go into next week at a minimum, I'm feeling this wraps up on Tuesday of next week. If they are bringing home the court documents (wtf judge) then they aren't close to coming to a conclusion, and they will push for the weekend to continue thinking about it. Monday will come, the people still holding out will hold out but they will break by Tuesday as nobody wants this going into Thanksgiving. If it does go past Tuesday, it's a hung jury. Anyone saying he will be charged as guilty is doompilling the thread.

You never know, if I had jury duty as an excuse to avoid family Thanksgiving I'd subvert and delay the deliberation as long as I possible could.

do you know, what's the problem with you guys? you clutch at EVERY single straw like it's some divine revelation
some of you bought into the media narrative that the judge is your side. he was previously doing his job as he is doing now. that's it
giving a cropped video with a plausible excuse is NOT equal to withholding evidence. the audacity of demanding mistrial over that lol
along with the justice, a judge has to give the appearance of justice. he won't throw away cases over stray remarks made during examination
as to jury, I'll repeat what i said on the day 1. shorter deliberations- NG. anything else - hung jury. no body is changing their mind now if they didn't earlier. and the deadlock is over some minor charge, not murder
and since the jury was so desperate to take the instructions home, we're getting the verdict the next day

they should marry
Might make a cute couple those two. Both victims of a leftist narrative and the salt from the left would be delicious.
Im not too versed on American law but what could be the minor charge? The endangerment? Wasn't everyrhing else thrown out the window or can the jury pick up or modify its own charges within some set parameters lined out in their instructions? That would be strange.

This. He wants to be a nurse anyway...gosh the kid is a saint, actually. Some hospital in Maga country will take him in. Why did somebody say he needs to study nursing? Here it is an apprenticeship thing, hope at least you Americans pay your nurses well in contrast to us.

Not sure if true, but I've heard he wanted to study nursing. I wonder if any university would even accept him, or if they'd fear the backlash.
I'd imagine they might not, but to be a bit off topic for a second that's more an indication of college and what it's become.

At the moment about 42% of Americans have a college degree of some kind, and the current college loan debt sits at 1.73 trillion. With a T. Because very little of that is getting paid off, because universities have become ridiculous useless fucking shams where young people go to stave off growing up for a few years and the degree you get is often barely worth the paper it's printed on; like so many stagnant institutions they've increasingly become nothing more than useless parasites who make money from their ingrained status as social gatekeepers rather than by their actual value to the productivity or growth of anyone or anything.

So I'm sure they wouldn't accept him. I mean, hell, given the quality of the nurses and nurse practitioners being produced these days (there's even a thread in community watch about nurse practitioners, they're such jokes. I invite you to give it a read), not being a clueless retard who folds the second they're put under pressure would probably make him a very poor fit.
