Powerlevel alert:

Actually had a $15 million trial turn on the genuineness of a single signature way back when. We ended up losing, even though the client had bribed the title company.
Alright, unless you are doing sketchy business deals. Your credit card company and grocery store you go to don't give a shit.

Are most trials as shitty as this one?
Everyone keeps saying the pros and judge keep breaking the law or procedure of the court and "should" face some kind of consequence for it, but nothing ever happens.
Are prosecutors immune to any consequence?
Im no law expert but id hazard a guess that no this isnt normal, but shitty trials are becoming more common the louder the far left shrieks. In an ideal world the prosecutors would be banned from praticing law and maybe even charged. Wont happen tho judge and defense to soft and lazy

in theory they can be charged and tried for abuse of process, malicious prosecution and even false imprisonment if the circumstances allow for it.
but in practice a prosecutor has to commit absolutely outrageous abuses to face legal consequences like these, it is extremely rare and super hard to prove.
Theres a non zero chance if binger loses he will get made an example of to show the consequences of embarassing everyone.

But im talking like 1 percent chance and not cause he did something wrong but because he made his side look bad.

How the fuck you write without using cursive? I thought cursive is the most common thing since its much faster without having to lift your pen so often. Writing like that must feel painful.
Cursive is a pain in the ass both to write and to read in pretty much all languages. The only languages I've seen where cursive is somewhat viable and easily readable are Arabic and hebrew. Arabic because the entire language is cursive and Hebrew because Hebrew cursive doesn't link letters together.

But the worst is Russian

I learned to write in Arabic script a while ago, very satisfying cursive to write. all loops and lines. My Arabic handwriting was better than English because I actually put effort into it. Not anymore, forgot 90% of it
That's like classical Arabic, there's a simple manuscript Arabic as well. Which is what I ended up doing just so it could be read, but I don't use it so I can't remember it atm.
