No, she’s likely short because women just tend to be short. They never truly take this into account when transitioning. Life is hard enough for short men who actually look like men.

If these women desperately wanted to look more male, they could start off by losing some fat, gaining some muscle, buying shoe inserts to add a few inches, etc. Instead they go straight to "just fuck my shit up, stitch my arm to my crotch". It blows my fucking mind how few of them actually do any lifting. Testosterone would make gaining muscle easier than anything they have experienced in their lives. Losing fat would help, but even without that they could still manage to build up a decent dad bod. They literally don't bother because they just want to sit around online complaining about butches and terfs and trying to be "masc" and then submit to a few surgeries.

There is something about it that really reflects the worst parts of the American medical system, where problems that could be fixed by lifestyle changes or physical therapy are just pushed through to surgery instead because "cutting people up and then billing insurance for it" is what the system is set up to reward and prioritize.

Q: Do TIF (aka FTM) troons even take hormone blockers anywhere near as often as MTFs? I've been keeping up with trans nonsense for years but this is one thing I never really hear about. I always figured MTFs must take blockers more because any human body gets BTFO by testosterone, so MTFs HAVE to block it. Meanwhile FTMs can just pile fake testosterone on top of the results of estrogen and hope for the best. Don't get me wrong, all troons look weird and uncanny no matter what they take, and this shit should be illegal, but it would seem like blockers would be WAY more "necessary" for an MTF.

There are aromatase inhibitors to block estrogen. Cancer patients with estrogen / progesterone sensitive tumors (i.e. the majority of breast cancers) get to take these for up to five years after treatment to reduce the risk of recurrence. If they're pre-menopausal, they get tamoxifen. Post-menopause women get letrozole or something similar.

Bodybuilders take them off-label when taking steroids to prevent their bodies from converting the extra testosterone into estrogen.

Side effects include hot flashes, joint pain and bone loss. But it's better than getting Breast Cancer 2: The Sequel. Bodybuilders who take these are morons. Troons who do it might as well just kill themselves, which is less painful than the effects of these drugs.

As fat as these ftm ladies typically are, suppressing estrogen is an uphill battle because fat tissue still produces estrogen even if they get their ovaries removed.

The effects on these drugs for delaying puberty are another, less studied, story.
