I'm not defending weens here but she isn't a ween. If I'm correct this was taken on a road trip where they just stopped by to take photos. She was actually doxed and harassed by ANTIFA for a concert she hosted called "Virgin-Fest". Because of this she lost her job and was out-casted from her community essentially. Apologies if this was all said before by someone else but she's just a schizo, not a ween.
I don't think that would help in the trial itself. There aren't degrees of incest. Either you committed the crime or you didn't. That might get brought up at sentencing, but by then there won't be a lot of time for everyone to sit down and go through evidence of his trolling.

Not quite as simple as that. CWCville has always been an imaginary safe space for Chris, the perfect place where he's in charge, everyone who matters loves and worships him, he has all of the powers, and any enemy he has is easily curb-stomped. But it's never been Heaven or any other sort of afterlife to him.

But it's clear she's already been evaluated. I wouldn't doubt that they took her into a home for a few days, did the rape kit and a psych eval all at once before shipping her back off to 14 BC.
A personal theory of mine is that she was out of it (like Chris would ever go pick up her prescriptions) and in the possible 10-11 days she was in the hospital her meds were balanced and made her lucid enough to be able to allow her to make her own decisions.
That's a pretty fair theory- but it depends what meds she's taking. My experience with mental health medications specifically is that they usually take a few weeks to kick in (with the exception of benzodiazepines and stimulants like Adderall). She may just not be as fucked in the head as we think. Chris has a tendency to exaggerate things, and victim or not Barb is still notorious for being a manipulative liar.
Yeah, it's only a theory but without revealing my powerlevel, by personal experience I witnessed lucidity of someone complete spaced at first and 24 hours later their LOC was 4x4 with just hydration and a few meds.

We don't know what they ultimately plan to do at this time or what evidence they found. It sounds to me like Chris has not denied what he said though. In his letters he has referred to it as "drama" and "a leak" but never claimed that any of it was explicitly false in any way.

My theory is its that, coupled with the fact that Ethan Ralph was streaming his ugly face all over the state as he drove to Richmond then ran amuck trying to find Chris for an interview. Keep in mind up until the moment he actually caught up with Chris. Ralph was harassing several business and loitering in several places, all in the vain hopes of finding Chris. The Richmond mall actually had to call the police to get him to leave just minutes before they moved in to arrest Chris.
