Kyle Rittenhouse - Riot Watch Thread

As much as I'd love a Winter of Discontent equal to the Summer of Love, I'm not betting on it.

First, a democrat is president, so, much like the disappearance of the 'anti-war movement' after the election of Obama the Holy Mulatto, the BLM/Antifa set will remain in near-hibernation without the national coordination/support/funding they enjoyed in 2020, restricted mainly to local funding and orgs. They'll cause some problems in their bughives (Portland, Seattle, Chicago, New York) but the dems will not allow their golems to make them look weak with masturbatory 'fiery but mostly peaceful' protests, especially with an upcoming midterm that they are likely to take a beating in.

Second, the Black Bloc lumpen are cowards and always have been. The victory of Kyle Rittenhouse and the ancient law of self-defense will make them very leery about operating outside of their bughives. They may want to kill for the 'revolution' but none of them are willing to die for it. If they aren't somewhere that the political machinery is already on their side, don't expect them to poke their noses outside of their lairs, at least for awhile.

I skipped right to the end, didn't read the previous 14 pages... so maybe I will embarrass myself... But... here is my call: no major riots, no nothing. He shot white dudes. Nobody cares in the grand scheme of things when it's white dudes getting shot.

The political atmosphere is very much not in favor of rioting right now, especially over a trio of white guys as you said, who fucked around and found out. We might see some if the McMichaels are acquitted of killing Arbery but those guys are fucked imo, not shedding any tears for the original Jogger but they're far less sympathetic than Kyle is.
