Even *if* Russell was a talented musician/lyricist/songwriter , AGT would never consider him due to his stalking conviction. He would be a liability. Pretty sure that the fine print that he signed with his audition paperwork says a background check will be involved with a successful audition.

Abc or Fox whoever owns AGT could get sued for allowing an UNSAFE person on the show in the first place to even have the opportunity to creep on/assault/threaten/stalk another pretty contestant/staff worker etc. Of course they do background checks.

He clearly does not get that this kind of suicidal threat is Threatening. Why? Cuz even tho he prolly thinks "well it's my life to suicide, that's not threatening to her" what he doesn't realize is,that woman was scared he may turn from suicidal to homicidal. When crazy people act crazy and threaten violence to themselves, it doesn't take much to turn that violence on someone else. Clearly, everyone understands this except Rusty. When you're unstable enuf to be publically threatening a very public suicide, then you're clearly fucking unstable and can't be trusted not to commit violence against others, even those trying to help you .

im surprised that whorehouses haven't turned him away just for having a record like that, but I'm pretty sure he's blacklisted anyways. Plus he accused one of having AIDS, does he really think he's a *good* customer and they won't turn away his money? Did he really think that conviction wouldn t stick? Like he'd eventually get it overturned or if he "had a chance to explain" that it would just go away and not affect him?
