Going on with that, a right to do something doesn't mean you're entitled to it. You have a right to bear arms in the US, but the government has no obligation to give you a gun. Russ has the right to try and find a date, but no one is required to date him for any reason. Russ thinks having a right = entitled to it. He was well within his right to audition for AGT. No one has any authority to stop him, and if someone tried, that really would be discrimination. However, AGT is under no obligation to let him on the show, no matter what he thinks.

if you're mentally ill you can easily spend the majority of your waking hours doing nothing at all.

Considering how generally slow he is, I'm sure he takes a lot of time with basic daily activities. Laying in bed after the alarm goes off, sitting on the toilet, heating up some food, tidying the apartment, I'm sure these take him 2-3x longer than a normal person (and not because he's doing any of these things well).

Many hours can be pissed away stalking people on social media, going down youtube rabbitholes and skimming Bing news articles.

Of course there's the daydreams and seething, that must fill up all his quiet moments and punctuate his "working" hours as well, making him even more slow and unproductive.

I don't see that Russ's IFP motion has been ruled on (the application was sealed, at least temporarily). If he's ruled IFP a lot of this becomes easier because the court will do the serving just like with his Null lawsuit (and the taxpayer gets to pay for it!). That IFP ruling might actually be the next thing to come down in the case.
