Man, I realised that upon close observation of the fat man, when he hears opinions from others on the table that doesn't go with his own "narrative", you can see that he actually gets angry. At 11:30, note when the fat man decided that the meat tasted "like it was reheated" and didn't like it, he expected the entire table to agree with him. However, his "doctor" did not agree and said something like it's not too bad and Jack actually got pissed. The fat man immediately snapped and said that he's the one here calling it and being the "bad guy" - you can actually see the subtle anger twitches in his face.

This is textbook narcissism. There is no therapy known that can cure or treat it. There are some studies kicking around that claim that conventional mental health therapy actually makes them worse. The only way to deal with them is to isolate them and remove their influence.
