Sorry if I reply to a post 50 pages old, but while I was catching up with the thread I noticed the stats about Italy.
I was honestly surprised about them being so high because Italian murder rate is fairly low ( 0,6 per 100000, half of UK murder rate), so I went in to do some research.

The Trans Murder Rate project is supposed to release a list with names and some details of the victims together with the chart, but they don't always do that - I could only find information about 14 out of the 19 victims of the years I looked at. I could go back until 2014, then the sources become murky as fuck: no names listed, the source being "LGBT organization in Brazil", etc.
A lot of the cases I saw listed in articles from LGBT organizations listed suicides, a car accident and even a cis woman who was murdered by a family member because of her trans partner.

Back to the list. The majority of women in these cases seem to be south american sex workers (10/14). The remaining were 3 prostitutes (2 Italian and 1 Romanian) and a trans man who was a mafia boss and was killed in a hit (lol). So 93% of the trans women killed were prostitutes.
It hardly seems like random trans women are being victimized because of their transness, it just seems like being a prostitute is a really high risk job.

To draw a comparison with cis women, around 190 prostitutes were killed over the last 15 years. They make up 6% of female victims of homicide despite being a small fragment of the population (around 0,22% of Italian women).

@1440p Curved Monitor I’m not directing this at you, but I wasn’t able to reply to your post.
In defense of Jan Morris- she (and I’ll use She for Jan cause I actually respect her work) authored the Pax Britannica, a trilogy that we used in college back in the day. She’s a distinguished academician. I know nothing about her personal life, and that alone shows some discernment.
I’d actually consider her brave for having the surgery and not hiding it from her colleagues. That was practically unheard of back then.
I also think there’s a lot of merit to the older trans showing by example that the younger generation would benefit by waiting till their 20s or older to start hormones and surgeries. I think we’ve all seen the damage done to children by pushing them into this madness.
Also if you look at those people you pictured earlier, it seems to me they are a bit more dignified looking than the abominations we see trying to make themselves attractive as young people and failing miserably.
TLDR not all trannies are degenerate NEETs.

Hm, there's something about your comment that bothers me somehow.
A few posters here have pointed out that we owe this entire insanity to sex becoming commonplace and less taboo, and for a minute I didn't see anything unusual about that statement, like "that sounds about right!".

But then I started thinking about it and...did porn really become commonplace? Thinking about daily life and interactions I think I'm seeing the entire opposite. I think the problem is that sex is driven into dark corners to get it out of advertiser/moral guardian sights, and it's festering inside those dark corners. That goes for high traffic places like Twitter and Reddit too. If you aren't looking for porn it's hard to see anything sexual in those places, despite the massive digs of porn, exhibitionism and degeneracy we are seeing here on the daily.

This gives me a new theory. I wonder if this insane amount of fetishy degeneracy is a side effect of sweeping the lewd under the rug. Troons, being natural perverts, go venture the seedy places that don't moderate pornography, being exposed to hardcore degenerate fetishes right away (probably from already trooned out mods, specially if they forbid complaining about their favorite loli furry vore fetish or whatever), and egged (no pun intended) on to indulge in debauchery. Once their defenses have eroded and they befriended other degenerates the egg can be cracked and expand to more public places like twitter, where they'll inevitably meet the rest of the cult where posting le girldique to scare the TERFs is considered stunning and brave (yet it's isolated from "normie twitter" unless it's time to cancel someone).

I could be terribly off, but the more I think about it, the more it seems to fit the "actors" we are seeing here. We got hypersexed predatory figures (groomers), and tons of sex-starved victims that can evolve into new groomers (even unknowingly, just spouting the mantras with enough conviction can be enough to convince someone of weak will within earshot), and fresh batches of perverts looking for a fix, arriving when their community starts banning degeneracy because of optics or because they have to follow Google's rules for inserting ads. It kind of makes sense in clown world and even makes sense for the fujo>FtM pipeline. Can't help but wonder if this is holds any water.

Either way you look at it the result will end up the same.
