I actually agree that Spencer is toxic, in the true sense. I fully agree. Though I do like him somewhat based on his debate with Sargon and other certain moments he's had. I actually do kind of get why people bash him now.
That said I do still ultimately have to stand on the side of Spencer in this trial. It's hard to do, because it's a complicated situation given all the confusing factors at play.
But if you zoom out and just disregard the people involved and see the case in purely abstract sense, this trial is essentially "Should people who are Racist, White Nationalist, or Neo-Nazi be extended less rights by a jury than others"

They're trying to set a moral precedent. That matters even if you despise Spencer for whatever reason. You need to realize that you could be tomorrow's Spencer. That's why they do this. They want to set a precedent that if you have the wrong ideas about race, white identity, or "muh Nazis" or anything like that, that the justice system can deny you a fair trial and openly treat you with total disregard for your rights as a citizen. That's extremely dangerous and it seems very likely that this trial will successfully set that precedent.
That's why I'm not joining the point and laugh at Spencer thing. This isn't fucking about Spencer. The right wing has a real issue where it's basically terrified and ashamed of daring to defend its "extreme" side. The left doesn't shy down from defending literal pedophiles and terrorist communists. But the right wing shies away from getting dirty by having to defend "muh neonazis."
Then right wingers or conservatives tell themselves that the reason they're not defending "muh neonazi" is because said neonazi is a fed, or a bad person, or a glowie. The reality is that said conservatives and right wingers are psychologically and politically repressed by the social apparatus and moral system of the current regime.
It's a pretty big uphill battle to defend these guys. Just the cold reality of the situation. Still, we shouldn't normalize the idea that we needn't defend such people in these situations. The right wing needs to have a broader sense of moral duty to recognize that these things are not about our personal relationships and details along those lines. I fucking despise Heimbach and always have. It's absolutely not about that.
The question is this: Why would we cede even an inch of territory to the enemy, ever? Fuck the enemy. Fuck antifa. I say these men are innocent. I dont give a fuck if saying that makes me a "nazi sympathizer" or something. Maybe I myself am a White Supremacist Racist Nazi. Oh no, not that! Anything but that! Commie, child rapist, Bolshevik, pedophile, murderer... but not White Supremacist Racist Nazi!
I sometimes think you could really just do a skit about these people fighting some kind of extremely brutal, genocidal war basically all stopping fighting and then unanimously joining together to "kill a neoNazi" like Spencer. It's like a Hollywood trope kind of thing you see a lot. Pulp Fiction, even Falling Down has a similar scene. It's in thousands of films, probably. The message is basically that whenever racism or Nazis enter the film, the normal rules of morality and narrative break down completely. Suddenly the audience, the main characters, and even the villain of the film who may be a mass murdering child rapist, all somehow become unanimous moral allies and then murder or obliterate the "racist" or the "white supremacist Nazi" from the film. This is modern religious indoctrination essentially programming the population to equate "White Racism" with "Pure Evil" or "Satanic Evil" in the same way that old religions might have done. There is nothing more morally abhorrent, more untouchable, more taboo, more Evil and Demonic, than white racism. It is this long term brainwashing that has resulted in the modern world and these kinds of situations.
A lot of us have a shame-response that tells us you can't even consider defending "neo-nazis" or "white racists." You're supposed to grovel. You're supposed to feel bad. You're supposed to shamefully and submissively let the Jew destroy whatever and whichever neo-nazi she decides must be destroyed on the altar of sacrifice. Well fuck that. Fuck their shame. I don't answer to leftist moral principles. I don't subscribe to the leftist moral order. That moral order is destroying everything I love. That moral order has caused my own personal life untold misery and pain that should never have happened. These are the people fucking the world up.
So no, I don't feel any shame. You don't disproportionally and unfairly punish or assault somebody because they're racist or a skinhead. It's not complicated. It's easy to understand. Reject leftist moral shame that is used to drive you into psychological and political submission. There's no other way to win.
