Basically after starting a whole controversy over the character design due to being a thin skinned idiot, he tried to defend himself by claiming the Sorceress was a "lolicon fantasy". He later apologized, admitting he had no clue what the term "lolicon" actually meant.

The guy was arrested, but was he convicted yet? He might be out on bail if his case hasn't been judged yet. With those kinds of charges, if he gets convicted, I can only imagine he's going to prison for a while.
