Of course I go to youtube and they've got the usual media bullshit plastered to the top of their home page in the "breaking news" section, but Today really stands out as especially shameless.

Huber, the poor innocent "victim", gets a bright smiling photo showing what an innocent angel he was.
Meanwhile they deliberately pick the ugliest shot they can find of Rittenhouse and subtly darken it so he straight up looks like one of the people from that twilight zone episode with the masks.

Seriously, these people are beyond the pale.
The killing of a pedophile is an agony for them, a real 'could've been me or my wife's son.'

Woke up this morning with an idea. A site called Rittenhouse Case Myths or something like that which is just a simple single-page site which starts with a paragraph-length description of what happened that day and then a list of oft-repeated mistruths, linked via floating table of contents, with sourced deboonkings based on trial testimony, public records, etc. I even started writing up a list of the myths to debunk. It'd all be in a Git repo so people could propose changes via issues and pull requests and such. Maybe even have a contact page which features some of the salty email I'd be sure to get. Eventually as I woke up more I realized writing this up would take a long time (and I'm fortunate to have almost more paid work in my inbox than I can handle at the moment), make me a target for extremists, and probably utterly fail to change anyone's mind. Still, here's what I had in my list so far, just in case someone else wants to do anything with it.
  1. Rittenhouse killed two (or three) black men
  2. Rittenhouse crossed state lines with his rifle
  3. It was against Wisconsin state law for a 17-year-old like Rittenhouse to carry an AR-15 rifle
  4. The full-metal jacket ammunition loaded into the AR-15 rifle was unusual or intentional
  5. Rittenhouse had no connections to Kenosha, WI and no reason to be there
  6. Rittenhouse went to Kenosha, WI for the sole reason of attending the “riot”
  7. Rittenhouse fired aimlessly into a crowd
  8. Rittenhouse had a duty to retreat before defending himself and did not do so
  9. Rittenhouse’s mother drove him across state lines
  10. The prosecution may be able to appeal their loss in the case
  11. The AR-15 is an "assault rifle"
  12. The AR-15 is a military-grade weapon
  13. The AR-15 is a machine gun or a fully-automatic rifle
If you do that, you're going to want to have a full section debunking complaints about the judge being biased. As it stands, people are still passing around stuff like this which not only try to cast that point where the judge was watching video with Kyle behind him as proof of the judge's bias, but falsely implies the jury was present to see it.

A normie, literally average joe. Closest thing you are going to get for a isekai plot IRL with what is happening to the poor kid.
I'm happy to be proven wrong on my vote, but damn the ride for him is far from over.
it really goes against the sjws thought of kyle is a nazi far-right kkk evil evil etc. bullshit
kyle shows that even average people didn't like the rioting last year

Garrett Foster is pretty much what the media said Rittenhouse is: affiliated with an extremist ideology, deliberately instigating conflict and inserting himself into dangerous situations, doing stuff that wasn't his business. He was videoed earlier that night boasting that nobody would have the balls to fight back against antifa. Like Kyle, he was armed with an AK-47 automatic assault machine gun loaded with FMJ hollowpoint shells, just like the "video-game" toys that teenagers play with nowadays. I don't think he crossed state lines but that would be the kicker.

The guy who killed him was an uber driver on the job. Could be a leftist himself for all I know.

The media coverage:

Apparently the murderer was trying to run down a group of peaceful protestors when Foster approached him to peacefully speak to him, also he was assisting his disabled Black girlfriend who he heroically cared for.

Jury selection was underway as of a couple days ago. Now that the Butcher of Kenosha has been set free to kill again, Austin-dwellers will likely feel additional pressure to Send a Message.
Perry has some advantages Kyle didn't but he's also fucked in ways Kyle wasn't.
Pros
>Perry was an Uber driver and there's not really a question of whether he 'wasn't supposed' to be there
>Perry has a CCW so it's not ambiguous over whether or not he was legally armed either
>Perry is in the Army and can't be perceived as a 'wannabe' if he's the real deal so that might make his optics better (or not, see below)
>Foster had a very visible AK so it's a lot easier to articulate a threat to the normies
>the Austin Police and the previous DA had cleared him and one of the detectives was still willing to officially testify to the current Soros DA pulling some fuckery (an experienced one no less, not the two fresh flunkies on Kyle's case that were clearly chosen because they'd go along with whatever BS Binger was spinning)

Cons
>It's in Austin and the jury will be drawn from Californian rejects
>The current, newly elected DA is absolutely trying to railroad him
>Foster was an antifa-adjacent sped but not nearly as irredemable as the three attacking Kyle
>Foster's widow is a lot more sympathetic than the trash orbiting the Kenosha 3 and they're going to milk that for all its worth
>Perry had some social media posts slagging the rioters prior to the shooting (something along the lines of 'come to Texas and try that shit here') and it probably won't get thrown out like Schroeder was willing to do for Kyle
>it will almost certainly be argued Perry tried to ram the BLM mob that swarmed his car
>the video of the shooting looks as ambiguous as the first available videos of the Rosenbaum shooting, harder to tell what was going on
>a lot less people are paying attention
>did I mention it's in fucking Austin

On 11/7 the prosecution knew who jumpkick man was. In the judges chambers they threw a fit saying they didn’t want him interviewed he was a victim. They wanted private interview with no recording. Judge said no. Jumpkick man asked for immunity and they didn’t want to give it to him so they decided to not call him during the trial.

ETA sorry for double post

Interview recap:
Preface: Kyle's family is lower income- he worked in high school to support his family. Got into Arizona state and was very proud. It's not common for anyone in his family to go to college.
  • Kyle’s mom wanted to go into hiding and Kyle said “no I didn’t do anything wrong I need to turn myself in”
  • Thank god there was video. Probably wouldn't be sitting with Tucker if there wasn't
  • people took advantage of BLM movement to burn down car lot
  • He said thank you to juvenile facility guards. They treated him with respect. He lost a lot of weight in there and gained it all back lol
  • Lin Wood and John Pierce: Wood put him on interviews. Kept him in jail for 87 days. Said he was safer there. Raised money for their own benefit. Had money to bail him out in mid September but wanted to keep him until November. Kyle's mother was desperate for someone to help her son so went with these two lawyers.
  • A lot of people didn’t like him at first in jail but was able to make friends after telling his story.
  • Wasn’t able to hear about his coverage in jail. Pierce said he was in an “unorganized militia” and painted untrue narrative.
  • Case has nothing to do with race. Has everything to do with right to self defense
  • Not a racist person supports BLM movement and right to peaceful protest
  • Needs to be change in prosecutor misconduct. Imagine someone being treated this way when it isn’t publicized.
  • Mr president: watch the trial and think before you say stuff like calling me a white supremacist
  • Nobody can look at facts of the case. Lies they spread is a disgrace to this country.
  • Case is obvious self defense yet so polarizing. This wasn't a Rittenhouse trial, it was a trial to have the privilege of self defense.
  • Really good Lawyers are helping him make media take accountability for spreading lies (get it Kyle)
  • Worried someone snuck onto his jury to convict him
  • Went to adult jail on 10/31 while he was 17
  • Rates jail cell as 1 star hotel (super 8 lmfao). Had phone and tablet but no running water. From 10/31 to 11/20 he didn't take a shower. Didn't complain because he didn't want to start issues with guards. Said his skin was bleeding after showering for the first time since then.
  • What's next? Wants to live quiet, stressfree life. Wants to go to continue going to college. Wants to go to campus but isn't sure if he can. Wants to be a nurse but is looking into law might want to be a lawyer.
  • Tucker: can you live peacefully and unmolested (lol)- "I'm not sure, but wants people to watch the trial and see he protected himself." Believes that the left thinks it's criminal to protect community.
  • "Is your life ruined?" It's defamed. I can't go anywhere without protection. People are so ignorant. Say sickening stuff.
  • "Can the government protect you?" I don't know, we all know how the FBI works lol
  • This happened and we can't change it. Right/left sides are sickening. Using me as a cause.
  • Not staying in Midwest. Wanted to move to Naples, Florida before all of this.
  • He's a naturally calm person. On the inside he's freaking out. Best thing he can do is stay calm. Was just acquitted two days before interview.

To combine my original post: On 11/7 the prosecution knew who jumpkick man was. In the judges chambers they threw a fit saying they didn’t want him interviewed he was a victim. They wanted private interview with no recording. Judge said no. Jumpkick man asked for immunity and they didn’t want to give it to him so they decided to not call him during the trial.

Kyle comes off as very level headed during the interview. Is calm (Tucker points out how calm he is). He seems like a smart, sincere kid. Honestly wish him all the best in his future.

Nothing incredibly shocking in the interview. More looking forward to his documentary coming out in December.
