Holy shit this again. He says that attendence and support is low because "people dont care about the game". Really good, GOTY material, he enjoys it but people just dont care about the game.

Earlier THIS stream someone told him he should play Mortal Shells cause its free on xpass and its really good. DSP? He said he doesnt like souls-like "ripoff" games, he only wants to play Dark Souls (which Elden Ring is not but okay, whatever).

So its okay for him not give a chance to souls-like games but when people dont care about the game he plays, thats a nono.

It's because the game is story-driven, Phil. Your already useless commentary is rendered even more useless when the characters are constantly talking. On top of that, you decided to play it a week and a half after release. Not that hard to figure out but when you're never at fault at anything there is ALWAYS an excuse.

You can tell that Phil is not only really feeling the squeeze on his whaling, but also growing increasingly frustrated with the fact that he just doesn't have the option of playing what he wants and still get those juicy tips rolling in. He truly doesn't get it both ways here, and we know how the pigroach is about that.

What I love about his situation is that he could be whaling out like a motherfucker, and not have to worry about it, if he would've made peace with the fact that he's DSP and, thanks to his own actions, that means no one wants to reward you for YOU having a good time. People want to laugh at you, so you either give in and get rewarded, or refuse, and get punished.

This is what he gets for being a Pick Two motherfucker all the time: exactly what he deserves.

California has a program where the valedictorian of a highschool can get into pretty much any university in the UC system they please. This leads to some valedictorians from poorly performing schools being absolutely destroyed when they get to college and are expected to perform. I think you over estimate how hard it is to be a valedictorian at some schools. Sometimes it doesn't require Chaucer, it just requires have above 75% attendance and turning in your work.

And correct you are, sir. Source=California public school attendee. Also, I personally knew someone that was a valedictorian from a poor performing school in L.A., went to USC, and got CRUSHED on what was expected. After that first year, they dropped out, went to a community college, did their two years there, and transferred back to USC and eventually graduated. He gave me some amazing advice: "Go the community college route first! It's literally the college experience and cheaper, then transfer to get your Bachelors. By the time you get into a four year, it's a breeze. Because you know what's expected." Just because you're a high school valedictorian in high school means jack and shit at the college level.

As far as Phil bitching about him not getting into the Ivy League because he "didn't come from money.", Phil, you did it for brand recognition. You go to Harvard to become either a doctor, lawyer, or to work on Wall Street. Ivy League schools do have CS programs, but they're mainly known for business, law, and medicine. You go to MIT for CS and engineering.

Also, Harvard is a WHOLE different ball game, because there are classes that teach you how to eat properly. With the way you belch and snort, God only knows that'd you fail right out of that Ivy League, while bitching about how the professors "had it out for me!" and playing the victim.

It's just like Phil to complain about something beneficial. Only reason he complains about it is that he thinks that GGPO would give people illegitimate wins, which is not how the bloody thing works.

I decided to watch maybe 5 minutes of Phil playing blackjack in Lost Judgment. For some reason I thought maybe our resident gacha addict would at least be semi-competent at a gambling game with very simple strategies, but boy was I way the fuck off on that.
I'll spare everyone an autistic breakdown of every hand, but decisions on when to hit or stand are partially based on what the dealer is showing, and it was clear he didn't really understand that. Just as one example, he hit when he had 14 and the dealer had 4 (that's a hand you stand on).
He rambled on about "house rules" of hitting on 16 and standing on 17, which does not apply to the player at all.
The most egregious fuck up he made was thinking that the player loses their money in a push (tie hand). That certainly doesn't apply IRL, and I can't think of any video games where that's applied either, so I don't know where the fuck he came up with that thought.
They fucking love his type in the casinos, just like the gacha game creators love his type.
I guess I'm the real denthead hear for thinking he'd be anything less than the absolute worst type of blackjack player that he is.

Even worse is they literally didn't say that, they said while the characters and DLCs were done, they will continue to support the title and announced the return of the capcom pro tour for 2022. It's really not hard to read the subtitles, the pro-tour trailer even had bright flashy colors.

Phil's lore is that there is bad blood between him and the people involved in making Project L. "Shit happened and I won't play because of my principles" is more or less what he has said about it. People are thinking that the people he's referring to were involved in the grooming and sexual assault that he's spoken about in the past - but now he's denying any and all knowledge of anything of that nature occurring in the FGC. "If I knew that was happening, I'd of called the police" and also "I never saw anything, so the accusations are baseless" is his current narrative on the matter.
