I like most of the members of vshojo more than Nux. I don't think I've stomached more than 5 seconds of one of his videos. The rest probably the same amount as him, which is do whatever you want I'm not going to watch.

but lots of companies are proactive, and if vshojo knew they should've put out a warning. Home depot had their credit card numbers breached in 2014 and they let people know the week of with an official presser a week or two later and an offer for credit securing services.

Vshojo's excuse of "the law said if we let people know it'd hinder the investigation and lead to a surge in swatting" is bullshit.

An online store was breached awhile back and my card got hacked, the store didn't know till a month later but let me know in email as soon as they found out.

I don't remember Nux ever talking about Yfu except when he was going after Digi for Mel and mentioned the difference between Yfu and mel and there wasn't any hate at all toward Yfu from Nux in the vid that I recall

I’m just reminded of when Lily Peet did that video exposing that one brony analyst for being a groomer and accusing all the other members of protecting him and not warning their fans, and pretty much ever single one of them said “no, we were doing what the police said and gathering up as much evidence as possible to give to them so the guilty party couldn’t get away or bail before things were ready”.

Plus, I’m not really a big Nux fan after he did that video about Coco graduating and he still pushed the idea that Cover forced her out and abused her despite Coco herself saying why she actually decided to leave.

I’m not saying Vshojo is innocent, I just know Nux has a habit of doing this sort of thing and presenting his own opinions on things as absolute fact. The fact that Mouse said something against him leads me more to believe he legitimately fucked up here.

Don't get me wrong. I am much more vshojo is wrong than Nux is right. I would agree with you about Mouse with the exception that her comment just comes off as emotional manipulation to me and not anything of actual substance to show they are in the right.

To be fair, most companies have their own HR and PR departments, as well as at least 1 (one) bumbling lawyer to turn to.

When your entire company comprises of streamers and youtuber managers, they're PROBABLY not going to question the recommendations of the people they hired specifically to help them out.
