If your presented budget doesn't pass it means the parliament doesn't have confidence in your Ministry. It's how parliamentary democracies work. That’s the problem with propaganda. The longer it’s used, the less effective it is. It’s like smack. The more you use, the more you become desensitized to it, the more it takes and the stronger the shit has to be to keep you high.
