Even their doctors told his parents to terminate. He really has no life, we only see what is going on outside, but his organs and cranial anatomy are a mess.

I am no doctor but is ripping out a trach multiple times in a short span of time healthy.

Very unlikely that verdict wasn’t appealed and overturned or lowered substantially. It could be bad reporting but the article talks about suing the doctor, but any settlement would be via suing the insurance company that covered the doctor. Also, suing any doctor with mostly vowels for a name is dicey. Pajeet Doctors are famous for fucking off and avoiding judgments too if they were actually going after him. (They might have already got a insurance settlement.)

Big settlements usually come when a doctor causes a harm via malpractice, not via not pre-warning you enough about a natural one that’s no ones fault. Again the reporting is bad but it seems like they were sort of warned, but he didn’t emphasize it or they didn’t understand the risk? Idk. Shitty article. I don’t see that verdict amount standing.

A verdict that large usually only stands if you totally fucked up a healthy child via negligence who will now live a long life requiring constant care.

It’s been appealed and also stayed by a bankruptcy filing, from what I can find. Perhaps one of our lawfags can pull up these cases and brief us knowledgeably?

Just a buildup of secretions/mucous. He sounds like he needs to be deep suctioned. Ember describes him as being "gunky". (Other terms commonly used by tard baby parents include "junky" and "goopy"! *sigh*)

This is the only area I somewhat sympathize with Ember; you don't wanna over-suction, because this can irritate the lungs and paradoxically increase secretion production. Sometimes you just have to sorta let them be gunky. He doesn't seem to be in respiratory distress at least.

Traches don't really get "dirty" pe se, it's just the inner disposable cannula usually needs to be replaced once or twice daily because mucus can build up and harden.

Also, some of the comments are hilarious and true, I'm surprised mama doesn't delete them.

In some of the other videos (she has been posting away) Derek ripped out his trach twice in as many days. Record him playing with a cord in a wall like it is the cutest thing. Have two videos of him laying with and in Christmas lights, love has won style. There are so many lights around this baby.
