Whaaaa? A PAC for a reasonable cause and a ballot initiative that's not absolutely insane?
What does he want the monorail to go to the airport for? He's afraid to fly and there are no planes to the brothels anyway.
Unless... @my lovely trauma lumps better watch out. He might be flying to London to seek revenge in... five or ten years.
Seriously though, I hope he's thinking he's going to find fame and fortune through politics, and this is just the start. More misery and failure is always nice to see when you're watching Russ.

I'd like to imagine this ends with Russ winning the ballot initiative, then having a fit and walking away when the city planners say the lines he proposed need to be rerouted and that they'll take longer than two years to build.
Then him suing.
And then suing again when they move forward without him, not realizing the ballot initiative doesn't need him after the ballot part is done.

This all just exceptional.
I'm not sure his Connecting Nevada registration is valid even. For a Safer Nevada he paid ~$30 to an enterprising random to have a Registered Agent address for his PAC because it requires a physical address that is not a PO Box or an apartment. This time he is using his PO Box for the registration right on a line that says registered agent physical address.
His idea isn't a new one and if it was a good one it would have happened by now. The monorail has been a money pit failure with low ridership from day one. Extending it to the airport and downtown might happen and help but it will take money and time and a fight against the cab union (hotels on the strip can't offer a hotel shuttle to the airport like in other cities, it's private shuttles that go to all hotels or limos).
Elon Musk and his boring tunnel project has good potential for better mass transit for tourists.
His routes are exceptional. Lots of lower income and odd areas all already served by bus routes of varying quality. Or tourist stops already served by busses and monorail/trams and ride share.
His budget $800,000,000 oh my gosh. Gourdhead in charge of something that big.
I don't know if success is his endgame or if this is a farce to make him look like a poor innocent target for bullies. Both pacs show up together on the government website.

My guess is he's finally realized his "make it easier for me to find hookers to suck me my penis" PAC is dead in the water, as he's received a sum total of zero dollars in donations and zero "volunteers" for his call-a-thon. So instead he's switching focus to another PAC with a reasonable-sounding purpose that has nothing to do with hookers, in hopes of scamming people out of their money. Any donations he receives on this new PAC will go straight into his pocket (likely as a "salary" for being "director/treasurer"). He's essentially going to attempt to con people into unknowingly contributing to his hooker fund. He'd be far from the first scummy asshole to run a sham of a PAC for self-enrichment purposes. In Russhole's case, he's probably also hoping it will be easier to convince people to "volunteer" for his fake cause, thereby giving him potential access to women he can hold a position of (theoretical) authority over and attempt to "woo" (AKA sexually harass and subsequently stalk and sue when they quit).
