What Jr. Is doing is a dumbbell press instead of doing a bench press, which requires a barbell.

The standard barbell weights 45lbs with no plates and requires both arms to stabilize. If you bench the bar alone your lift is 45lbs. Dumbbell presses are based on what weight is in each hand, not combined. Jr's lift here is 50lbs. Not really a bad thing, because the dumbell press can lead to more injuries than with a barbell.

Dumbbell presses are pretty rough on the chest and shoulders because you can't stabilize your arms like you can with a barbell. Slow form is imperative lest you want to demolish your rotator cuff, which Jr here doesn't do. He rifles through the lift in a sad attempt to impress his underage lifting buddies. Also a fun fact, doing the exercises as fast as possible won't build muscle mass unless you do more reps.

It wouldn't hurt if you hit a treadmill tubby.

Really, what offends me the most about this is that fucking awful music. What ever happened to blasting Metallica, Slayer, or some good ol' fashioned 80s music during a workout? Now it's this dumb trap shit all the wigger kids (wiglets, if you will) can't stop pretending to like.

You're thinking of South Beach, not keto. The irony is that South Beach would be a much better diet for Jack with his history of fat and cardiovascular illness. And in any case, South Beach gradually re-indroduces healthy fats and carbs over time.

I think this is the funniest video Fat has posted in a few months. The dramatic opening contrast between his recipe sperg-out and the sheer angle of the tilted camera actually had me laughing out loud.

I also really like the cut where the clip is repeated. He obviously wanted to hide dragging his disgusting dead leg around, but instead we get a long awkward silence and more evidence of how completely inept a filmmaker he is.

There's a lot to criticize about this video but I think we should all be thankful Jacko (likely) hasn't figured out that you get to cram more ads into your video if it's at least 8 minutes long. Used to be 10. Otherwise we'd get 30% more useless waddling/commentary/"hey guys so tammy is on the rag again...."

I am sure there is, i mean....for gods sake there is actually christian black metal bands out there. I very much doubt the market is big enough for more than a few bands (or rap artists in this case) so unless you are the best of the bunch i think you can forget to make a career out of it.

In the case of the christian black metal bandds though i dont think they made a living out of it.
