I don't understand why XenForo would go along with this guy. Does this mean that if you send enough vitriol to their email address you can get any site you want that runs XenForo revoked?

The usual claim that what Kiwi Farms is doing is "harassment against human rights activists" and therefore illegal... somehow.
We're moving away from national laws and towards de facto corporate laws. The EULA aren't enforceable in any court, but good luck trying to get your account back once you're banned for being mean online.

He sent a letter to them, probably repeating the "Josh is a pedo" lines he used in his blog post. Would be interesting to get hold of it and throw it up on the site. The genius put their reply to him up, so we know he sent them something.

Last post on his thread was back in July before this. No one remembered him. The whole thing with him is an inability to take "no" as an answer. Dude is basically a sex pest who hasn't been caught by authorities yet, probably because they are too busy arresting people for not having butter knife loisences.
