Gentlemen (and ladies) please bear with me as this is perhaps a bit self-indulgent, but I have encountered a couple of articles on the net this morning expressing angst at the fact that Kyle cannot sue the DA's office etc. etc. Apparently some cretins have a problem with the concept of "absolute immunity." I have even seen some comments suggesting that "the People" might need to take matters into their own hands.

As an important public service, I offer you my thoughts.

I do NOT advocate the murder--with axes, knives, spears--the beheading with guillotines, let alone the beating over the head with baseball bats, of these corrupt "immune" prosecutors.

It would be a horrible shame if people started asserting their right to justice by kidnapping these scum, tying them up, dousing them with gasoline, and then casually throwing a lighted cigarette on top of them--all while making their entire family videotape the whole affair.

it would simply be wrong to track Binger and/or Lunchbox back to their homes, throw a bucket of hydrochloric acid over their heads, make their wives pluck their eyeballs out with needle-nose pliers, bury them up to the neck in their own back yards, and make their children saw their heads off with a bamboo saw.

We can't have that kind of thing.

I mean after all--they're "immune." And if that word means anything, it means that they can not be hanged, drawn, and quartered--much less forced to rip off and eat their own ballsacks right before being forced to swallow an entire jar of rat-poison while listening to that great 70s hit "Seasons in the Sun."

One reason why I no longer go on my facebook account anymore. It's because you see people like this guy who has the phrase, "Devoted Husband" on it. And the first thing that came to my mind when I read that was "This guy might have kids." Who knows what short of cult brainwashing he could do to his children. And what is he sitting on? A shitty throne to show his might as king of his own home? I mean I don't even know if this guy is a sociopath or just plain nuts.

It's pathetic and depressing to me that the facts of this case didn't simply resolve the issue. This is what would happen in a sane reality.

But we live on Clown World where facts don't even matter at all.

I am really getting sick of being asked my opinion on this fucking case, and reiterating the obvious, that the prosecution obviously failed to present its case and lost for that reason, and getting called some kind of racist or Nazi just for responding honestly to a question presented to me.

But we live on Clown World where facts don't even matter at all.

I am really getting sick of being asked my opinion on this fucking case, and reiterating the obvious, that the prosecution obviously failed to present its case and lost for that reason, and getting called some kind of racist or Nazi just for responding honestly to a question presented to me.
