If she spoke English then I could easily see it but it won't happen. It would be interesting to see a subscriber by country or continent for the girls. I would assume that non japanese/NA viewers for her should be really high considering how prevalent it is as a 2nd language.

She will not comment on it (if she's smart anyways) and she will tell the mods to ban or mute everyone who mentions it in chat. Maybe at some point after seeing a shitload of people bring it up she will say something and possibly dig a slightly bigger hole than the one she is already in.
 
Looks like the chicken is trying to think ahead for when she has to travel to nipon land once again. I don't blame her to be honest, I have no idea when they are intending to do the Holo EN 3D but I cant imagine they would do it without all 5 of them being there.

I don't think anything bad can happen even if she has to redo all the steps with another microchip brand.

The worst that can happen is that they don't let her into Japan because they don't count J&J
