Right now the booster is recommended after six months; fully vaccinated counts after two shots (specifically, two weeks after the second shot), and you'll likely lose that status after six months. It'll take six weeks to be fully vaccinated (technically eight because six weeks between shots plus two weeks after second shot), which'll last for six months (exact duration pending, probably six months, might end up being four), then you gotta get your refill.
Dunno where you got that "Two plus one" stuff from, but that's not yet the case in Germany. Boosters are not yet required, and the vax passes as of now expire only after a year. However, as I said it's highly likely that the vax status will expire after six months soon, and that you'll need the booster to regain it.

Hide a vitamin c tablet under your tongue. It won't be pleasant, but it might take awhile to dissolve and your mouth will be acidic. I guess it will depend if they are allowed to administer their test or if the nurse will be? Also if it's a lateral flow and if they will be watched. It's possible you could make your nose acidic, maybe spritz it with some vineagar before taking it? if you are self administering it still might be able to be hidden. If the medical intern does it, might be harder.
