Adderall (or Vyvanse, Ritalin, basically any amphetamine or amphetamine like drug) which every other person in the "business" in LA is on, causes tics at high enough doses. I don't think if Ethan has been struggling with the tics for years (Like I believe he claims) that a doctor would prescribe him amphetamines though but they did seem to start around the beginning of the podcast so I could totally see him lying about it.

LA didn't ruin shit. Am I the only one who could smell the grease and lies way way before Ethan started his podcast? He was always like this. He was always a slimy, backstabbing, unfunny parasite. The only reason you didn't see it was because he hid it. He was at the bottom, he had to go with what the people wanted and he performed for the audience, following the opinions of what would get him the most views and popularity. Now he's the top dog, hanging around the CEO of youtube and he feels comfortable showing his true colours.

How do these people manage to look more puffy and bloated on this podcast? Even their supporting casts’ beards look painted on like a PNG, while Ethan just looks like he’s growing gray hairs all over the place.

ethan and hila are only a few years apart, and yet ethan looks 10 years older. you know that myth that people will grow to look the way they do on the inside? i feel like that is what is happening to ethan. the more bitter and greedy he becomes, the more he looks like an ugly creep.

well. that and a shitty diet, of course.
