By the way, I can't remember if Ash Coyote identified as intersex before.
100% late on this, but I’m sure Gash is “intersex” the same way Ripley is. Meaning, not at all.

The basic rule of thumb is that if someone claims to be intersex on Twitter, they're lying.
Something that came to mind the other day, and I wonder if those better schooled in real estate have an answer. Paul and Sky own the note on the tranch, but the mortgage has presumably been paid every month out of the LLC's coffers from their ongoing GoFundMe grift, whatever pocket change they earn from the Etsy shop, Kevin's monthly rent payments from his trust fund, etc. Does that make any difference as to who has a claim if it ever comes to the point of selling the property? Or does all that equity still just belong to Paul now?

I won't claim being very well schooled in this matter (and certainly not in the US), but I think we miss some data to figure out their precise connection. I noticed that there are 3 people on the ownership deed, and the bank probably doesn't care who else lives there or pays as long as those who have taken the mortgage don't default.
The most logical construction I can imagine is where Tenacious Unicorn Ranch (LLC?) has a rental contract with the owners. This means the owners can kick out the TUR, but obviously they'd still have to cough up the mortgage somehow- or sell.
Perhaps Bonnie and/or Sky signed as representatives of the TUR, I'm not sure how to find out. If that is possible, and the case, they obviously can't make selling decisions on their own.
Whatever the case, there are lots of possible combinations where multiple owners in dispute can give rise to interesting complications. I suppose we'll find out in 2022.

The bank doesn't care who pays the mortgage as long as it get paid. You could pay off your neighbor's montly mortgage bill if you knew the details. Now if you are itemizing deductions the IRS cares who paid the mortgage interest (and if its a lot of money, maybe about gift tax), but as long as the check clears, the account is credited and payment dates updated.
You are correct that the correct way to resolve this is to lease the land to TUR, LLC and have that play the lease (which is the same as the mortgage). I'm going to give you 30/70 on if they actually did that.
If they are paying right out of the LLC I believe, with the reworking of compensation tax rules post 2009, there are tax implications on the value being conveyed as it is technically a benefit. But they are such small fry its unlikely that comes back to bite them.

I've been doing some reading about twitter over the weekend and thought I should share this for the benefit of the class. When you create a twitter account, it has a numerical twitter id created for it that never changes. No matter how many times you change your @ username, if someone has the numerical twitter id, they can find the current @ username in seconds using the twitter API or through a website like tweeter id (which can provide either id or username).

Ash Coyote's twitter account (@ashcoyote) would also be notable and related to them. Not much Tranch related on Twitter from him per se, but he's the one who is making the Tranch documentary (supposedly, been awhile since there was any new info on that), and has had Kevin and several other members of the Tranch on livestreams on his Youtube channel, where they have been recently trying (and failing) to raise money with "charity streams".
That youtube channel is another place to keep an eye on, IDK if you are only interested in Twitter accounts, but the recent streams featuring Tranchers are the most recent appearances of them on any video format that I'm aware of.

It makes sense. Both Phil and Paul are THIS close to pushing the big red button. But... screaming on twitter would push them closer to doing it and give the other side ammo. So to avoid temptation, doing the bare minimum twitter handling is in order.
Honestly Penny might be too emotionally burned out by things to make proper meals. @Hollywood Hulk Hogan I'll do my best to ping you if some horrid concoction comes back on screen. You laying the smackdown always makes me smile. For the tranchers now it is hot pockets and tendies.

My other thought is that with Kindness having increased tensions, there probably aren't "whole tranch" meals anymore, because the discussion is going to be about the Elephant Vagina that isn't in the room since there are people missing. And that will just cause arguments between the Anti-Kindness camp, the Pro-Kindness Camp, and the "Why can't we all just be nice and get along? I want us to all to just be friends." Camp.
