Hey now, Jolyne is close friends with women, so of course she's a dyke.I still find it funny how misinformation about Anasui is STILL being passed around as fact, even more now since a bunch of twitter retards are just regurgitating it in order to fit their narrative. Watching these retards seethe because Anasui is in fact a male and then watching them seethe even more because Jolyne is in fact not a lesbian, pansexual or whatever the fuck they're trying to label her as is pretty entertaining.
No, it's the 3rd, though 12/3=4...>Born on the 4th

I agree for the most part, except I would still prefer a deeper voice for Pucci. Most of the pacing changes I'm fine with cause some of the fights/sequences in Stone Ocean are paced very slowly and aren't as exciting as the fights in some other parts. I think this worked well for Goo Goo Dolls and Marilyn Manson cause it made them more tense sticking it all in one episode. And yeah the whole Manhattan Transfer/Whitesnake dream in the beginning was confusing as fuck for a myriad of reasons in the manga and I thought the anime handled it pretty well.Okay I watched all 12 episodes that have been released and here are my thoughts
tl;dr It's good, just has some hiccups in certain places but that's common with the other parts except for Part 5 where everything was better than the manga.
The anime seemed to elevate many of the manga's fights in this section to be even better in animation. Those being Manhatten Transfer which was really confusing in the manga but the anime helped clear it up to make it easier to understand and thus more enjoyable. Thunder McQueen had the same quality in the manga though it felt a bit faster paced in the anime which was fine as it was still very enjoyable to watch. Foo Fighters was an already good fight in the manga but the anime made it great by playing with the horror aspects more and it was really damn cool. Jumping Jack Flash was just weird in the manga but it was enhanced by the animation even if there was some CG used in it, but I still enjoyed it and the fight afterwards still retains the same god tier status like it did in the manga with the raining frogs which feel more horrifying in animation. I also liked the change with how Burning Down the House was introduced as it felt random in the Thunder McQueen fight but more natural in the anime.
However the anime had some weak spots and that's with how the early prison stuff has been cut which is fine since it's not super significant plot wise but it helped highlight Jolyne's vulnerability along with how corrupt and oppressive the prison is. There was a bit of CG that felt really weird at times for how obvious it was, most notably in the Lang Rangler fight with how they used it for him. Then it felt like Goo Goo Dolls and Marilyn Manson were more rushed in the anime compared to the manga. These are not too significant as the show is still quite good but are notable.
I do really think the music, presentation, and visuals are really great for the anime and the voice acting is top notch though it took a bit for Seki to grow on me as Pucci but that's more because the previous actors for Pucci were both great and Seki's Pucci eventually also became great since he plays the calm collected priest so well along with his anger in the Savage Garden fight
The best place to start the anime IS the best JoJo season, and that's part 1Polygon tried to do a Mother's Basement style "watch order" and as you'd expect, they were rightfully ratioed.

What the fuck is with people that can't understand how shows work? I see that with One Piece too, people asking where to start. The first chapter/episode, I dunno why that's so hard to work out.Polygon tried to do a Mother's Basement style "watch order" and as you'd expect, they were rightfully ratioed.

The thing with Jojo in particular is how each part can technically be a standalone story to someone from the outside looking in with each part having a different protagonist. However, in reality each Jojo partis connected and has some continuity with Parts 4-6 all building off from Part 3. Like the only parts you can start with and get away with it are Parts 1 and 7.What the fuck is with people that can't understand how shows work? Oh god, its like looking at a caterpillar in a cocoon before it becomes a butterfly. You have not gotten to even a twentieth of the batshit insane fun crap yet. You don't even know what stands are yet.I'm just now getting into this... When I first heard that JoJo had many different protagonists, I didn't think I was going to like any of them more than I liked Jonathan at the beginning- But I finished Phantom Blood a few days ago, and I'm now about halfway through Battle Tendency, and I hate to say... Yeah, I already like Joseph more. XD Judging from the poll, it looks like it may all be downhill from here though @_@
(Also, sorry... I prefer dubs over subs every time, and I always will. I don't speak Japanese, and I don't like having to read the text to understand it.)
With all that said, I look forward to understanding more of the memes that I've seen posted here already.
Like that you’re getting into this through the proper watch order. As for the Jojo’s personally Joseph is a really good introduction to how more crazy the other Jojo’s will get while Johnathon is just to set up that the Jojo’s are all heroic. I do admit the protagonists do get better for the most part (Giorno is the only one I could really call bad since the others are varying degrees of good).I'm just now getting into this... I can honestly tell you... I genuinely look forward to seeing how crazy it gets from here. It's already pretty crazy. And the only thing I've really spoiled for myself (and I did it accidentally) is that apparently Dio actually did end up taking Jonathan's body after all and...Oh god, its like looking at a caterpillar in a cocoon before it becomes a butterfly. Sure the protagonists lose a bit of focus later on, but the side characters and allies get way more developed and generally more than make up for the loss.
Yeah stands are very different from hamon though are sometimes called "ghostly ripple" but that's because vampires are not the most common threat in Jojo. Hamon really is last used in Part 3 but only by one character.I can honestly tell you... I genuinely look forward to seeing how crazy it gets from here. It's already pretty crazy. I'm guessing he comes back later XD.
You're right, I don't know what stands are yet. I'm guessing that's something different than hamon? Right on.
Where I am right now, Joseph just killed Wamuu (or is is Wham! ? heh.)
I'm watching them in the order that Netflix has them (because that's where I'm watching it). Is there a better way to watch them?Like that you’re getting into this through the proper watch order. No the best way is just to go with Part 1 -> Part 2 -> Part 3 -> Part 4 -> Part 5 -> Part 6I'm watching them in the order that Netflix has them (because that's where I'm watching it). Is there a better way to watch them?
