It's about the Electoral College, something people like Nepenthe love when it keeps a Republican out of office and despise when they lose with it.
But she thinks that because a majority of people voted Democrat that she's in the majority, which is true. However, she also somehow thinks that all of those voters agree with her on all of her issues, otherwise they wouldn't have voted Democrat, which is not only false but blindingly narcissistic in the way that only people deep in their own little bubble of bullshit can get.
Hey! Here's an idea. If you want people to start withholding votes for the Democratic Party until they do what you want, you could also start with not completely demonising anyone who doesn't vote, votes third party, or just all Republicans in general? Telling people to not vote for the Democrats while simultaneously considering all Republicans, especially Trump, as worse than Hitler - and saying that all the people who help them get into power, however indirectly, are just as bad - kinda sorta gives people no options in terms of voting. You can't vote for anyone, but you if you don't vote you're just as bad. And you could leave the country, but most of the people like Nepenthe here have a hard time leaving the house. If they didn't leave under Trump, why would they leave now?
Of course, I know that it's not meant to make sense, Nepenthe is Keyboard Warrioring as hard as she can as per usual. Also, the usual assumptions - these are people who will never be happy no matter where they go, they are a fraction of a minority who stand out only because they have enough leisure time to spend all day on their computers writing this drivel and therefore have negative value as citizens anyway, the closest any SJW comes to a coherent set of beliefs are authoritarian dreamscapes where they get to tell everyone else what to do for a change - hold true. I just wanted to point out in this one hypocritical example in the vast sea that is Nepenthe's hypocritical existence how A is a catch-22 that will never happen and B is threatening us with a good time that will never happen.
All in all, fuck her, and I hope someone innocently asks her where she's thinking of moving to and gets banned for it.

Did the "walking simulator" primarily spawn from Gone Home? That's the only one I can think of that was abject trash but I haven't played many, I remember the Edith Finch game was kind of cool if only for the interesting environmental graphics stuff they were doing. Do the Telltale games count?

Stanley Parable when it was a HL2 mod but that one was fun, Amnesia is a spooky walking simulator and for absolutely pretentious garbage there's The Graveyard by the Sunset mongos that hired Leigh Alexander to do work which Leigh Alexander did not 'get' was part of getting paid. Kotaku habits die hard.
Amnesia and The Graveyard got larger coverage among gaming sites. Graveyard is in no way a game though, you walk and then sit on a bench and there's a random chance that you die. It's $4 on Steam right now but I swear that it used to be free, in 2008 not even those devs had the gall to charge for it.

Anti-Racism is actually old shit mascaraing around as new shit.
Like when the blacks wanted to get the Jews out of Harlem they decided to burn their businesses and the outcome was that all the stores moved out and everything became more expensive and what store owners did remain were very standoffish to their customers and only did business behind 3 feet of bullet proof glass.
It just further destroyed any sense of community and support. But it kept the race hustlers in business.
