Because cases of ambiguous genitalia (what you refer to, archaically, as pseudo-hermaphroditism) don't just involve internal testes and a scrotum that looks like labia. The most common development in XY individuals (that is genetically male, like you) is a very small, often non-functional penis with a malformed urethra, and a separated scrotum that looks like labia. Notice that actual absence of an actual vaginal opening, since what you have would really just be flappy skin. So it's weird that you claim to masturbate constantly or that you claim to have had normal sex, because 1 inch penises aren't really conducive to that. So if you really were born with ambiguous genitals, your life would probably be even worse than it already is.
The condition also doesn't make your neural development more likely to be female, and in fact the best outcomes are when children with ambiguous genitalia are tested for their chromosomes and raised as their chromosomal sex. This isn't the case for all intersex disorders, like for instance androgen insensitivity syndrome, but you definitely don't have that given your entire physiognomy is obviously male.
