Pretty much everyone who isn't facing an immediate threat to their life in this world should be grateful because they are privileged compared to a HUGE chunk of humanity. If you're on the Internet bemoaning your fate, you almost certainly have roof over your head privilege, know you'll be eating enough to survive privilege, not having bombs dropped on your home privilege, clean water from the tap privilege, and you can go on and on.
So yes, you should always be grateful for the good shit you have.

I've seen a few artists that, upon receiving instruction or aid in drawing parts of human anatomy, tend to do a lot of pictures of just the hands. I think someone either gave Sophie a book on drawing, or she's getting help in her European tour. Regardless, everyone still looks exactly alike with only the tiniest of variations. The only exception, as everyone knows, is Stephie. There are no clones of her.

This whole privilege thing is crap and "checking" it won't help anyone either.
It isn't a "privilege" to have parents that are supportive of trans issues, but just pure luck of not having asshole parents. Instead of thinking about how privileged she has to be, she could just be trying to be there for the kid that got kicked out instead.

I've heard this concept from a few left-leaning types in the last few months. I truly have no idea where it comes from. Is it a human right to have food and water, and as you said, not be killed and eaten? Yes. But is it a human right to "feel safe"? Well, no. How could it be? First of all, no one on the planet feels safe, because no one actually is safe! There's always some kind of danger or risk right around the corner. Even those of extreme privilege know they can only put so much distance between themselves and whatever threatens them. And if, for some reason, you do feel 100% safe 100% of the time, it's only a false sense of security, because there is something out there than can do you harm, if you give it the opportunity. So if "feeling safe" is a human right, it's literally nothing more than the right to lie to yourself.
