I have no evidence for this but I get the feeling if you put a fetus into a man's body it will either kill the fetus or both of them. I just don't see how a man's body would react positively to something it is not built to do. Besides the uterus, how would the umbilical cord even grow? Just because you have a uterus doesn't mean your body knows what to do with a fetus

I'm not sure it would work to be honest. The reason it's worked for regular dudes, just like uterus transplants has worked for women, is because the surrounding parts to connect it to are still there. Well, male bodies don't produce the same hormones in the same quantities and same proportions as females, that's one. Two, male abdominal cavities don't have space and wiring* for all the female reproductive organs and a male ribcage is shaped differently as well, just like the pelvis posted above. Three, natural pregnancies can have horrifying and disastrous complications even in females, whose most basic biological function is birthing - see ectopic pregnancy, TORCH complex, Rh disease, AFE, and this is just the beginning of a long list which doesn't include birth complications like breech delivery or shoulder dystocia - though those specifically wouldn' t be a risk to our stunning&brave&beautiful twanz womyxyn -, conditions which affect only the mother, like DVT or OB fistula, or conditions which affect only the fetus, like any number of genetic or chromosomal abnormalities.

The umbilical chord is attached to the placenta. If a uterine transplant works for a woman without a uterus it could work for a man. Of course you could never birth anything through a frankengina, it would have to be a c-section, so there's no point to it other than the insane fantasy some troons have of being pregnant.
